Ormond Beach oceanfront house goes for $2.15 million

A home on the beach was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 13-19 in the Multiple Listing Service. Jo Ann Stump, individually and as trustee, sold 403 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Oceanside Investments FL LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $2.15 million. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/4 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,078 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Philip and Margaret Erli, of Ormond Beach, sold 401 John Anderson Drive to Randall and Phyllis Steenbergen, of Indianapolis, for $770,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,960 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $550,000.

Pepper Hewitt, as trustee, sold 385 Coquina Ave. to Sandra and Joseph Rodrigues, of Ormond Beach, for $515,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 2,362 square feet.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Apian Way to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $429,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,331 square feet.

Luis Gomez, of Port Orange, sold 1522 Springleaf Drive to Ronald Scott, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,611 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $217,000.

Karen Kimball, individually and as trustee, sold 206 Wilmette Ave. to Brittany Fajardo, of Ormond Beach, for $252,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 851 square feet.

Betsey Fales, of Ormond Beach, sold 426 Mcintosh Road to Garrett Sweringen and Taylor Meredith, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has a fireplace and 1,435 square feet.

Suzana Petkovska, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Glen Arbor Park to Shannon Wilkins, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,280 square feet.

Rebekah Parkison, of Ormond Beach, sold 93 Mcalister Drive to Daniel Langan, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/1 and has 962 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $154,500.

Volusia Homes LLC sold 1841 Carolina Ave. ½ to Sandra Luna, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,008 square feet.

Alexis Robinson sold 29 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Andrew Herschfeld, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,434 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

John and Heather Hilberling sold 23 River Chase Way to Cornelis and Dana Dulfer, of Ormond Beach, for $710,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 3,715 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $699,000.

Ayman and Nancy Mijalli, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Black Hickory Way to Victor Vidal and Juana Salazar, of Ormond Beach, for $583,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 5/5.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,789 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $450,000.

Chelsea Place

Paul and Winona Kashmer, of Ormond Beach, sold 337 Chelsea Place Ave. to Jared and Maxine Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,327 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $325,200.

Halifax Plantation

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3095 Silvermines Ave. to Wayne and Dawn Ouellette, of Holly Hill, for $401,906.50. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,630 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Joyce Grimes and Renee Grimes, of Goodyear, Arizona, sold 22 Foxfords Chase to Haroldo Melo and Evellyn Ramos, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 5/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,150 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $350,000.

Oak Forest

Roy DeBolt, individually and as trustee, sold 1422 Oak Forest Drive to Stamenko and Anastasija Angelov, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,736 square feet.

Plantation Bay

James and Kimberly Scofield, of Port Orange, sold 1238 Crown Pointe Lane to Robert and Karen Collins, of Wareham, Massachusetts, for $365,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,917 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $217,500.

Donald and Rebecca Glennon, individually and as trustees, sold 1129 Hansberry Court to Joan Greco and Michael Salvia, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 2005, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,542 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $192,200.

Tomoka Oaks

Casey Shorter, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Oakmont Circle to Kathleen Bravo, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,336 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $349,900.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Andrew Block and Jodie Von Gai, of Ormond Beach, sold 3400 John Anderson Drive to Gregory and Amanda Nelson, of Windermere, for $900,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $710,000.

Christopher and Sandra Bott, of Flagler Beach, sold 22 Sea Hawk Drive to Michael Corbett, as trustee, for $507,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,974 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $345,000.

Karen Sellick, of Edgewater, sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit B6, to Joshua and Megan Pandow, of Atlanta, for $390,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,484 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $245,000.

Theresa Bruccoliere, of Ormond Beach, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 118, to David Carlson, of El Dorado Hills, California, $265,000. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,025 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $162,500.

Terry O’Leary, of Ormond Beach, sold 54 Seaview Drive to Joseph Wishart, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet.

Robert Johnson Jr. and Alton Gore III, individually and as trustees, sold 29 Azalea Drive to Paula and Gaspar Zalba, of Quebec, Canada, for $240,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 700 square feet.
