Ormond Beach residents prepare for fourth-annual Tomoka River Christmas Boat Parade

Participants will also be collecting donations for Toys for Tots.

Santa Claus will be making a special appearance on the water this Friday for the fourth-annual Tomoka River Christmas Boat Parade. Residents will deck out their boats with holiday lights and decorations and ride down the river starting at 6 p.m., Dec. 9. 

The viewing area for the parade is River Grille on the Tomoka, 950 N. U.S. 1. Bring new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots. Prizes will be given out for best boat decorations. Call 341-9661 for more information.
