The city of Ormond Beach will hold an informational meeting about the upcoming half-cent sales tax on Thursday, March 14.

Residents are invited to stop by the Ormond Beach Senior Center, located at 351 Andrews St., from 6-8 p.m. to review displays on potential projects that could be funded by the sales tax, should it pass in the May special election. According to a press release, city staff will be available to answer questions, and there will be an opportunity for feedback on project priorities.

The list of potential projects can be viewed prior to the meeting at https://stories.opengov.com/ormondbeachfl/published/sG9jRdMUf

Residents are also able to take a survey (can be accessed in the mentioned website) to let the city know which projects are their priorities. The survey availability has been extended to 5 p.m. on March 15.
