A house on Riverside Drive was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 17-23 in the Multiple Listing Service. Michael and Laura Sobota sold 806 Riverside Drive to Reza Sina, as trustee, for $1,375,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 4/4 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,752 square feet. It sold in 2015 for the same price. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Jeffrey and Sharon Breslaw, of Key Biscayne, sold 111 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 203, to June Bigham, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,131 square feet.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 318 Sandoval Drive to Matthew and Toni Bollinger, of Ormond Beach, for $298,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,319 square feet.
Janis Whittaker, individually and as trustee, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 202, to Sean and AnnMarie Thornton, of Ocala, for $270,000. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet.
McMansion Enterprises LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1756 Palm Road to Catherine Murphy, of Ormond Beach, for $257,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,382 square feet.
Shirrell and Connie Hayes, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Wildwood Trail to Jason and Meloni Levine, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $195,000.
Chris Livingston, of Ormond Beach, sold 170 Highland Ave. to Virginia Wheelock, of Charlotte, North Carolina, for $150,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/1 and has 952 square feet.
Firouzeh and Houshang Tavakoli, of Silver Spring, Maryland, sold 5 Oakwood Park to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,280 square feet.
Ngoc Nguyen, of Daytona Beach, sold 220 Lemon Tree Lane, Unit 5, to Renee Cuocco, of Ormond Beach, for $144,000. Built in 1987, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $85,000.

Kiran Kanji, of Atlanta, sold 107 Tomoka Ridge Way to Arjun and Raj Aneja, as trustees, for $660,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 5/3 with two half-baths and has 3,826 square feet.
Megan and John March, of Tallahassee, sold 20 Winding Creek Way to Nicholas and Shea Chorley, of Ormond Beach, for $450,900. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/5.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,376 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $390,000.
James and Xiaying Wilkerson, of Port Orange, sold 21 Carriage Creek Way to Eileen O’Connor, of Ormond Beach, for $286,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,051 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $219,000.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3290 Bailey Ann Drive to Anthony and Kathryn Piccirilli, of Ormond Beach, for $293,259.50. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,721 square feet.
Debra Cannella, of Ormond Beach, sold 1166 Athlone Way to Stephen Barreto Sr., of Ormond Beach, for $233,900. Built in 1999, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,627 square feet.

Gary and Brooklyn Harris sold 4 Hunt Master Court to Anthony Giordano, of Ormond Beach, for $359,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,983 square feet.
Matthew Morelli, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Hunt Master Court to Donald and Jenieflor Traub, of Port Orange, for $338,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,208 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $316,000.
Bruce Golgowski, individually and as trustee, sold 27 Canterbury Woods to Joseph and Karen McConaghy, of Naples, for $290,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,016 square feet.
Richard and Stavit Thomas, of Savannah, Georgia, sold 48 Pergola Place to Ricardo and Lexxie Shelton for $289,500. Built in 2012, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,420 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $245,500.

Kare Hurst sold 1240 Hampstead Lane to Stuart and Barbara Schmidt, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,401 square feet.

Thomas Denard, Matthew Denard and O. Davis Denard, of Washington, Georgia, sold 1075 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 101, to Patricia and Charles Brandt, as trustees, for $655,000. Built in 2002, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 2,243 square feet.
Daytona Beach Investments Inc., of Holly Hill, sold 122 Heron Dunes Drive to William and Naree Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 5/2.5 and has 2,884 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $420,000.
Karen Jones, of Wilmington, North Carolina, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6C3, to Michael and Hope Prins, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,853 square feet.
