A penthouse condominium at Ormond Heritage was the top real estate transaction for Feb 23-29 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. David Eggers, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive Penthouse Unit 3 to James and Catherine Basham, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 1996, the condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,800 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Lindsey and Ryan Finnegan, of Gainesville, sold 20 Twin River Drive to Frank and Sharon Damante, of Ormond Beach for $290,000. Built in 1969, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,214 square feet.
Margaret and Mark Gibson, of Tampa, sold 94 Old Barn Trail to Reldon Huntington, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,483 square feet.
Judith Molinaro, as trustee, sold 640 N. Nova Road Unit 1090 to Danny and Bonny Meyer, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1976, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 932 square feet.
Scott and Jessica Kopas, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, sold 1519 N. Beach St. to Barry and Joanne Zinn, of Ormond Beach, for $266,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,969 square feet.
