Sara Droker, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Coquina Cliff to Craig and Leslie Ashbaugh, of Springfield, Ill., for $335,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool and 3,218 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $625,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Lann Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, 714, to Audrey Byers, of Ormond Beach, for $182,500. Built in 1996, the seventh-floor condo has two beds, two baths and 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $173,500.

Donna Bly, of Ormond Beach, sold 844 E. River Oak Drive to Kevin and Pam Reiser, of Ormond Beach, for $164,000. Built in 1977, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,697 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $269,000.

Alfred and Marilou Cook, of Colchester, Conn., sold 22 Sounders Trail Circle to Donald Meyer, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1999, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,980 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $245,000.

Stephen and Mary Courteaux, of Ormond Beach, sold 1809 Cherry Laurel Drive to David Offut and Jennifer Mann, of Ormond Beach, for $123,000. Built in 2005, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,411 square feet. The lot sold in 2005 for $15,000.

Donald and Charity Minocchi, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 S. Center St. to Norman and Theresa Karr, of Garner, N.C., for $119,000. Built in 1992, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,520 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $247,000.

James Stephens, on behalf of the James E. Stephens Revocable Living Trust, of Cumming, Ga., sold 4 Misners Trail to Joseph Birtley, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1984, the house has two beds, two baths and 967 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $67,000.

William and Susan Parker, of Holly Hill, sold 73 N. Arbor Drive to Brett Noucher, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1953, the house has two beds, one bath, a fireplace and 1,148 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $75,300.

Halifax Plantation

Thomas and Greta Smith, of Plantation, sold 1160 Athlone Way to Timothy and Elvie Beach, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 2000, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $121,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Mitch and Sarah Adams, of Daytona Beach, sold 45 Pergola Place to Lindsay Watson, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 2011, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,686 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $130,965.

Oak Forest

Paul Holub Jr., on behalf of the Paul F. Holub Sr. Revocable Living Trust, of Volusia County, sold 1512 Poplar Drive to Jason Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $243,000. Built in 1987, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,096 square feet. The lot sold in 1986 for $35,000.

Peter Cudlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 1533 Poplar Drive to Kenneth and Andrea Morville, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $175,000. Built in 1981, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,725 square feet. It sold last October for $110,000.

Kathleen Bravo, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Robin Court to Tommy and Debra Bozeman, of Ormond Beach, for $158,000. Built in 1980, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,157 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $125,000.

Vernon and Carla Christoffer, of Litchfield, Minn., sold 1527 Poplar Drive to IH2 Property Florida, of Tampa, for $147,500. Built in 1984, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,068 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $126,500.

Plantation Bay

Denis Ebrill, of Lady Lake, sold 1160 Kilkenny Lane to Jagrutiben and Pradipkumar Gandhi, and Shivani Gandhi, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 2006, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,945 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $188,000.

Tomoka Estates

Melissa Wilson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1166 George Anderson St. to Carl and Laura Hixon, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 1975, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $250,000.

The Trails

Jennifer Pigg, of Edgewater, sold 18 Crooked Tree Trail to Lynne McLarnan Moore, of Concord, N.C., for $223,000. Built in 1976, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,822 square feet. It sold last November for $144,600.

Quillian and Cynthia Spearman, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Fernwood Trail to Charles and Amelia Mecklem, of Ormond Beach, for $161,500. Built in 1981, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,822 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $160,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Doris Peltier, on behalf of the Doris J. Peltier Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., 8D, to Richard and Marianne Bradley, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1985, the eighth-floor condo has two beds, two baths and 1,218 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $147,000.

Dennis Jersey, on behalf of the Estate of Ruby L. Jersey, of Ormond Beach, sold 127 Beau Rivage Drive to Giovanna Piaza, of Ormond Beach, for $137,500. Built in 1962 by the seller, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,344 square feet.

Brenda Daut, of Jackson, N.J., sold 26 Rivocean Drive to Paul and Margaret Latham, of Ormond Beach, for $137,000. Built in 1967, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,521 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $68,000.
