A home in the Ormond Lakes subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of May 5-11, in Ormond Beach. Steven and Mary Searinen, of Ormond Beach, sold 70 Indianhead Drive to Byron and Margaret Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2000, the cul-de-sac home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, two porches, a dock, a three-car garage and 2,895 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $365,000.

Sally Beninati, of Eagle Mountain, Utah, sold 116 Banyan Drive to Suzanne and Jeffrey Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1963, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,504 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $77,000.
The Bank of New York Mellon, of Simi Valley, Calif., sold 36 Charles Terrace to James Rust, of Daytona Beach, for $120,100. Built in 1957, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,148 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $129,900.
Robert and Betsy Leslie, of Volusia County, sold 106 Plaza Grande to Hawk’s Enterprises LLC, of Strasburg, Virg., for $112,500. Built in 1952, the house has three beds, one bath, a fireplace and 1,324 square feet.
John and Susan Salvatore, of Meyersville, Md., sold 3 Arbor Lake Park to Kenneth Van Leuven, of Ormond Beach, for $57,500. Built in 1985, the house has two beds, two baths and 931 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $67,500.
Kisher LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 2003 Linda Ave. to Pamela Pham, of Orlando, for $34,000. Built in 1971, the house has two beds, two baths and 672 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $85,000.

Natasha Flassig, of Port Orange, sold 113 Alanwood Drive to James and Dorothy Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1975, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 2,018 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $105,000.
Hunters Ridge
Patricia Schneeman, of Hudson, N.Y., sold 60 Hunt Master Court to Thomas Comenole, of Ormond Beach, for $197,000. Built in 1997, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,002 square feet. The lot sold in 1997 for $36,900.

April Briese and Steven Johnson, of Ormond Beach, sold 76 Kenilworth Ave. to Jonathan Barrett, of Ormond Beach, for $114,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,348 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $70,000.
Tymber Creek
James Miller and Deborah Miller, of Holly Hill, sold 409 Black Oak Lane to Jennifer Hayes, of Ormond Beach, for $199,000. Built in 1991, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,244 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $159,000.
ORMOND BY THE SEA
John Bailey, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Plaza Drive to Stephen Woodruff, of Duanesburg, N.Y., for $144,000. Built in 1964, the house has three beds, three baths and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $138,900.
