Ormond Lakes home sells: $375,500

A home in the Ormond Lakes subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of July 14-20, in Ormond Beach. Travis and Carrie Spangler, of Volusia County, sold 76 Lakebluff Drive to Michael and Rhonda White, of Crystal Lakes, Ill., for $375,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool and spa, and 3,159 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $525,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Michael and Sara Coolidge, of Ormond Beach, sold 47 Buckskin Lane to John Tolko and Kelly DeLisa, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1985, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,440 square feet. The lot sold in 1978 for $18,500.

Brian and Julaine Stebleton, on behalf of the Brian C. Stebleton and Julaine T. Stebleton Revocable Living Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 S. Fox Hollow Drive to Levi Oaks, of Cincinnati, Ohio, for $265,000. Built in 1987, the house has four beds, three baths, a pool and 2,830 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $165,000.

Peter Sicllian, of Ormond Beach, sold 676 S. Beach St. to Theresa Lepera, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1947, the house has three beds, two baths, a wooden deck and 1,742 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $875,000.

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 128 Creek Forest Lane to Matthew and Shelly Vega, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2013 by the seller, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,150 square feet.

Jeffrey Froschauer, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Aaron Circle to Paul Cavalluzzo, of Palm Coast, for $95,100. Built in 1987, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,512 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $75,000.

LT Group Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 681 Wellington Station Blvd., 5,  to Thomas and Kimberly Duh, of Indianapolic, Ind., for $65,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $49,200.

Arbor Trails

Korinne Mateo, of Reston, Va., sold 7 Glen Arbor Park to David Wengert, of Ormond Beach, for $63,000. Built in 1981, the house has two beds, three baths and 1,280 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $54,000.

Breakaway Trails

Joseph Horrox and Lindmila Yerakhavets, of Ormond Beach, sold 69 Shadow Creek Way to Jason and Kristen Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $324,000. Built in 1989, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 3,059 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $292,300.

Dolores Nolan, of Naples, sold 43 Coquina Ridge Way to Raymond Ruby, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1997, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 2,014 square feet. The lot sold in 1997 for $44,900.

Ormond Lakes

Gloria Lotzer, on behalf of the Gloria Ann Lotzer & Michael John Lotzer Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 38 Indianhead Drive to William and Victoria Figg, of Dexter, Mich., for $354,800. Built in 2002, the house has four beds, three baths, a pool and 2,535 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $300,000.

Plantation Bay

Dennis Dinges and Beth Montgomery, of Ormond Beach, sold 920 Brookridge Lane to Michael Bressier, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1998, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $139,900.

Tymber Creek

Olga Graham, of Ormond Beach, sold 159 Inglewood Court to Dennis Holzschuh and Denise and Ronald Strohl, of Ormond Beach, for $102,000. Built in 1992, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,579 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $154,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Atlantic South Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 54 Ocean Shore Drive to Walter and Susan Duby, of Beverly Hills, for $110,000. Built in 1956, the house has two beds, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $190,000.
