Ormond Lakes house tops the list

A house in Ormond Lakes was the top real estate transaction for Aug. 5-11 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Wanda Saunders, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, sold 23 Emerald Oaks Lane to Kevin and Maria Brantley, of Ormond Beach, for $515,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,447 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $485,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Douglas Shinn, as trustee, sold 835 John Anderson Drive to Keith and Alexandra Fleming, of San Jose, California, for $379,000. Built in 1964, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,474 square feet. It sold in 1969 for $44,000.

Julie and Shannon Bellemare, of Ormond Beach, sold 700 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Nestor Espartero and Martha Perez-Espartero, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1953, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,555 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $327,700.

Robert and Kathleen Selover, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 King Edward Drive to George Strembul, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,187 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $156,000.

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 45 Loyola Drive to William Kinsella, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,652 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $140,000.

Robert and Andrea Tuttle, of Ormond Beach, sold 54 Grey Dapple Way to Carlton and Willie Hall, of Ormond Beach, for $251,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,962 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $189,800.

Alexander and Mallory Cone, of Ormond Beach, sold 692 N. Beach St. to Steven and Laura Dagle, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, for $235,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,764 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $180,000.

Harry and Margaret Farmer, as trustees, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 101, to Kenneth Wright III, of Daytona Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1995, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $275,000.

343 Military LLC sold 342 Military Blvd. to Ashley Arnold, of Ormond Beach, for $194,900. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,256 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $37,500.

Apple Haven LLC, of Lakewood, Colorado, sold 183 Benjamin Drive to Timothy and Darlene Francis, of Hogansburg, New York, for $188,000. Built in 1948, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $219,000.

Cheryl Chandler sold 194 Kenilworth Ave. to Krystl Vigh, of Ormond Beach, for $179,500. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 936 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $135,800.

Deborah Webb, of Ormond Beach, sold 65 Seton Trail, Unit 210, to Gregory and Catherine Brousse, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $45,000.

Daoud Makso, of Ormond Beach, sold 105 Luna Circle to Shannon Strassel and Michael Cooper, and James and Yvette Watson, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,582 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $105,000.

Linda Hunter, individually and as trustee, sold 103 Mcalister Drive to Lorraine Noronha and Justin Hampton, of Ormond Beach, for $143,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,232 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $131,500.

Halifax Plantation

Sheila Engholm, individually and as trustee, sold 3964 S. Chinook Lane to Alison Kolodinsky, as trustee, for $350,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,212 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $165,000.

Plantation Bay

Phyllis King, of Louisville, Kentucky, sold 716 Dolphin Head Lane to Amanda and Justin Rasik, and Mary Boyle, of Ormond Beach, for $286,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,009 square feet. It sold I 2016 for $230,000.

Edward and Mary Margaret Kelley, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 River Ridge Trail to Kathleen Bravo, of Ormond Beach, for $246,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,989 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $225,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Donald and Lois Bird, of Holly Hill, sold 1 Carmel Court to Amanda Combs, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,021 square feet.

Trails North 40

Renee Sheppard, of Ormond Beach, sold 228 Deer Lake Circle to Kathleen and Robert Selover, of Ormond Beach, for $193,000. Built in 1987, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,667 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $114,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Julian Kanfer and Beverly McNamara, of Mesquite, Texas, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 909, to Dennis and Cathy Sciortino, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $87,500.

Scott and Rosemary Hill, of Longwood, sold 31 Palm Drive to Donald Rigney, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 985 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $150,000.

Thomas and Diane Goodson, as trustees, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3030, to Donald and Lori Mansfield, as trustees, for $195,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $175,000.

Jeffrey Sutcliffe, of Port Orange, sold 16 River Drive to Kevin Voyles and Eda Renieri, of Melbourne, for $185,000. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 860 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $85,000.
