Ormond real estate: John Anderson home is the week's top seller

The top selling home for the week of Feb. 2-8 was a home on the beachside. John and Urania Paspalakis, of Ormond Beach, sold 205 John Anderson Drive to Jeffrey and Sharon Doliner, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1957, the house is on a 200-by-200 foot lot and has two enclosed porches, four bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace and 2,238 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

ORMOND BEACH

Wendy Virginia England, of Panama City Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 719, to Jo Lynn Durrance, of Ormond Beach, for $359,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $438,500.

Fifth Third Bank, a Michigan corporation, sold 119 Creek Forest Lane to Donald and Penny Ward, of Daytona Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,572 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $130,000.

Lovett Enterprises Inc., Diamond Club Capital LLC and Merilson Capital LLC, sold 9 Stone Quarry Trail to Jeanine Marie Piazza, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,674 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $77,000.

Diana Fulcher, of Lakeland, sold 1785 Cherry Laurel Drive to Danielle Muren and Heather Schuller, of Ormond Beach, for $129,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,634 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $80,000.

Kondaur Capital Corp. sold 1925 Baldwin Road to Jeffrey Scott, of Ormond Beach, for $27,000. Built in 1995, the mobile home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,058 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $64,750.

Halifax Plantation

U.S Bank, as trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust, of Lewisville, Texas, sold 3128 Connemara Drive to William Rehariek, of Ormond Beach, for $157,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,147 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $175,700.

Oak Forest

Laura Jackson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1316 Oak Forest Drive to Edward and Elizabeth Weingart, of Ormond Beach, for $297,000. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,532 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $260,000.

Plantation Bay

Gerard and Jacqueline Berghorn, of Murphy, N.C., sold 1296 Royal Pointe Lane to Thomas and Frances Poggiali, of Ormond Beach, for $324,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,447 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $290,000.                                                                  

ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA

Ronald Kaiser, individually and as successor trustee of the Diane P. Kaiser Revocable Living Trust, sold 3030 John Anderson Drive to Michael and Margaret Seca, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 2013, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,700 square feet. There are no previous qualified sales.

Donald and Tanis Collard, of Narragansett, R.I., sold 114 Heron Dunes Drive to Jaimee Lee Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,742 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $330,000.

Susan Rued, of Marina del Ray, Calif., sold 3170 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 104, to Joseph and Karen Hughes, of Charlotte, N.C., for $200,000. Built in 1994, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $140,000.

Stephen and Debra Ryan, of DeLand, sold 12 Kathy Drive to Carolyn Lee Brammer, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1967, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,198 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $133,000.

Carol and James Bowman, of Ormond Beach, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 303, to Daniel and Deborah Helwig, of Columbus, Ohio, for $160,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $129,000.

Mark Oslizlo and Stephen Gabrilove, each individually and as trustee of the September 13 No. 1 Land Trust, sold 117 Longwood Drive to Sharon McKee, of St. John, Virgin Islands, for $125,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 942 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $81,500.
