A house on John Anderson Drive topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Oct. 27 through Nov. 2 in Ormond Beach. William and Lynn Rossmeyer, of Ormond Beach, sold 1548 John Anderson Drive to Timothy and Becky Meadows, of Ormond Beach, for $649,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a boat house, a boat dock and 2,828 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $560,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Maria Helmick, individually and as trustee of the Dr. Bill Heckman Vacation Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Bayberry Place to Jennifer Mobley, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1969, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 2,375 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $147,750.

William J. Lagos, individually and as trustee of The Mary L. Delcher Revocable Trust, of Richmond, Va., and Elaine P. Taylor, individually and as trustee of The Mary L. Delcher Revocable Trust, of Bethesda, Md., sold 2309 Bonnie View Drive to Daniel D. and Donna M. Positano, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1970, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,156 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Joseph V. and Yolanda Colombo, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Woodmere Circle to Frank T. and Leslie A. Temple, of Ormond Beach, for $178,000. Built in 1967, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,886 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $41,500.

Theresa B. Welch, of Flagler Beach, sold 695 Alden Drive to Kristin C. Gachus, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 1966, the house had three bedrooms, two baths and 1,792 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $95,000.

Matthew Vedder, of Ormond Beach, sold 210 Royal Dunes to David and Marjorie Sigerson, of Ormond Beach, for $134,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,125 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $134,000.

Richard Sutton, of Ormond Beach sold 871 Lindenwood Circle to Barbara Dartley, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,278 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $145,000.

J.P. Morgan Alternative Loan Trust, of Mount Laurel, N.J., sold 41 Sand Piper Circle to Thomas and Hazel Smock, of Eatontown, N.J., for $74,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,390 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

The Trails

Paul Huntington Pursel, of Nevada, sold 204 Timberline Trail to Edward D. Snyder, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1980, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $75,000

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Stephen and Cheryl Orehosky, of Ormond Beach, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., No. 102, to Annie Marguerite Folliot-Crevecoeur, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Jan E. Lantz, of Columbus, Ohio, sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd., No. 409, to Paulette L. Disinger, of Okeechobee, for $140,000. Built in 1994, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 876 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $158,500.

Robert and Myra Juhasz Dragonette, of Ormond Beach, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., No. 44, to David Newby and Sheila DiPasquale, of Somerville, Tenn., for $137,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Jacob H. and Stephanie Borchers, of Jacksonville, sold 50 Sunny Shore to Corbin M. and Jillian F. Davis, of Newton, Ala., for $119,500. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $96,000.

James and Kinsey Polychrones, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Alamanda Drive to Southeast Title Partners, Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $100,392.84. Built in 1953, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 528 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $185,000.
