A with an ocean view was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Aug. 16-22 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Michael and Jewel Detmer, of Ormond Beach, sold 180 Coquina Key Drive to Henry Waters, of Longwood, for $499,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,562 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $865,000.

Ormond Beach

Joseph Bertaina, of Anaheim Hills, California, sold 27 Talaquah Blvd. to Thomas and Judy Roberts, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,986 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $55,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 90 Grey Dapple Way to William and

Cathy Adagio, of Ormond Beach, for $259,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,622 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $240,000.

Thomas and Cynthia McConeghy, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Ocean Pines Drive to Gregg and Sylvia Rogers, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,039 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $198,900.

Oak Street Enterprises LLC, of Volusia County, sold 31 Clydesdale Drive to Daniel and Natalie Tran, of Ormond Beach, for $199,900. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $186,900.

Dean Wynn Properties LLC, of Casselberry, sold 5 Parkside Way to Helko and Courtney Folkerts, of Ormond Beach, for $186,100. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,473 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $150,000.

St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Talaquah Blvd. to Susan and Achunchigan Lattore, of Ormond Beach, for $186,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,775 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Rickey Roth, of Port Orange, sold 168 Ocean Terrace to Thomas and Susan Helland, of Daytona Beach, for $181,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,406 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $67,600.

60 North Halifax LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 N. Halifax Drive, Unit 102, to Tammy Stamper, of Ormond Beach, for $155,500. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,775 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $130,200.

Leena Ogle, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 87 Arroyo Parkway to Charles and Lindsay Davila, of Ormond Beach, for $153,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,489 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $195,000.

Kimberly Barber, of Ormond Beach, sold 105 Northbrook Lane to Kate McNerney, of Ormond Beach, for $141,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,536 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $123,000.

Brian Sheehan, of Carmel, New York, sold 1336 Antrim Circle to Martin and Carol Staniec, of Riverdale, New Jersey, for $327,500. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,142 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $299,900.

Gerald Pitchford, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Cantilever Court to Glenn Eand Becky Barrick, of Ormond Beach, for $170,300. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,686 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $153,500.
