Summer Foley, 17, was crowned Miss Florida Citrus March 21. The senior at Seabreeze High School has not only been involved in student government, but also has her own club “Students Against Destructive Decisions.” She’s a part of the National Honors Society, and a four-year member of American Musical Theatre at her school where she was the lead role in this year’s musical production.

Foley volunteers her time performing at local playhouses, and recently performed with the Orlando Concert Band at the Winter Park Arts Festival. She was also chosen as a singer for Carnegie Hall's Honors Performance Series, as well as Miss Seabreeze, a leadership role at her school.

Foley plans to attend a conservatory or university for musical theatre with a minor in foreign languages. She is more than happy to be Miss Florida Citrus 2015 and excited to represent the citrus industry at Miss Florida in June of this year.
