An Alice in Wonderland themed party helped the museum exceed their fundraising goal.

articipants at April 13 fundraiser for the Ormond Beach Memorial Art Museum found themselves falling down the rabbit hole.

Art in Wonderland: The Mad Hatters Bash was the 17th annual fundraiser for the museum to fund their operating budget and outreach programs. This year they raised over $75,000.

“It was a fun theme that everyone really got into it,” said Museum Director Susan Richmond. “What’s special about this event is special about the museum. Such a diverse group of people come and support the museum. We have some that come conservatively dressed and some that come dressed like Alice. It’s just a fun event to let all kinds of people come out.”
