Over 400 braved the heat and strength required to run a 0.0K in an effort to raise money for the Beterans Support Fund. The race's success was not measured by the skills of its participants, but of the $6,500 rasied to make Chrismas 2016 special for the residents at the Emory L. Bennett Veterans Nursing Home.

The event was held Aug. 13 at Ormond Brewing Company, who thanked the following partners in a Facebook post: Runners High Race Management, Daytona Beverage, Charles Schwab, the Wrigley Company, Cunningham Oil, Ormond Beach Brewing, Team Red, White and Blue, Molo's Miami Grill and Vitamina"T" Tacos.
