Parkview home sells for $300,000

A Plantation Bay home backing up to Tomoka State Park topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions between Nov. 28 and Dec. 6, in Ormond Beach. The Bank of New York Mellon, as a trustee for CWMBS Inc., of Richardson, Texas, sold 1033 Hampstead Lane to Intervest Consulting Services Inc, of Daytona Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, an in-ground pool and spa, a three-car garage and 2,591 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $355,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Allan G Davies, of AGD Properties of Volusia County LLC, sold 119 Dawn Drive to Donald Borum, of Ijamsville, Md., for $150,000. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,480 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $215,000.

The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, of McLean, Va., sold 790 E. Victoria Circle to Craig Peterson, of Zion, Ill., for $83,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,390 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $108,900.

Oak Forest

Bryan Book, of Volusia County, sold 2 Willow Court to Michael Bernshteyn and Isabella Ryabaya, of Manassas, Va., for $255,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,524 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $265,000.

Ormond Lakes

Stanley Dziegielewski, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Waterbluff Drive to Robert Engel, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,121 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $230,000.

Tomoka Estates

Redus Florida Land LLC, of Jacksonville, sold the lot at 1060 Peninsula Drive to RTC Realty LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $65,000. The canal lot is located on a cul-de-sac, with access to the Tomoka River and Intracoastal Waterway. It sold in 2006 for $270,000. A seawall was built on the land, in 1958, for $2,563.
