The Ormond Beach Regional Library was the site of a TV show filming Tuesday, when the producer and star of “Functional Fitness Starring Suzanne Andrews” stopped by.

Producer Glen Poyer and star Suzanne Andrews taped a presentation by the Ormond Beach chapter of the National Osteoporosis Foundation. The guest speaker was Dr. John Hornocker, a chiropractic physician, who discussed the importance of nutrition and magnesium in combatting osteoporosis.

Andrews said she plans to play the tape on her exercise show, which is produced at WDSC in Daytona Beach and appears on 113 channels nationwide, including Brighthouse Channel 15 at 6 and 10:30 a.m. daily.

She said she often runs tapes at the end of the show on a variety of topics related to health and fitness.
