A condo in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. Feb. 14-20 in the Multiple Listing Service. Linda Covey, of Daytona Beach, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit PH1, to Kenneth and Karen Mauriellio, of Westmont, Illinois, for $558,500. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,836 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Ronald Hayes, as trustee, sold 86 Dianne Drive to Roman and Rochelle Kowalski, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,072 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $429,900.

Lani Uhl, individually and as trustee, sold 98 Royal Palm Ave. to Lance and Kerri Hinds, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,950 square feet.

Glen and Fjola Donahoo, of Ormond Beach, sold 435 River Square Lane to Joshua Wisecup, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,873 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $236,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 322 Sandoval Drive to Janet Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $287,490. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,090 square feet.

Blaise Botta, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Loyola Drive to Christopher Hardin, of Spokane, Washington, for $278,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,547 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $180,000.

Park Ridge Way LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Park Ridge Way to Carmen O’Reilly, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1990 the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,455 square feet.

Barbara Fessel sold 5 Mainsail Circle to Troy Joyner, of Ormond Beach, for $232,500. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,444 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $140,000.

Janet Martin, of Ormond Beach, sold 423 Sauls St. to Felicia Santana, of Ormond Beach, for $229,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,660 square feet.

Gary and Barbara Bianucci, of Leesburg, Virginia, sold 153 Northbrook Lane to Tobali LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,448 square feet.

Jocelyn Taylor, of Ormond Beach, sold 272 Mcintosh Road to Shmily LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,141 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $80,000.

Michael Stevens, of Ormond Beach, sold 1329 Golf Ave. to Orlando Leiva, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,014 square feet.

Richard Shaw, of Ormond Beach, sold B-33 Cardinal Drive to Kathryn McCallum, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 656 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $155,000.

Robert Thomas and Kevin Thomas, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 1138 Avenue H to Linda Minella, of Ormond Beach, for $75,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,440 square feet.

Horace Johnson, individually and as trustee, sold 3404 Castlebar Circle to Kent and Susan Bradford, of Ormond Beach, for $429,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/25 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,352 square feet.

John Anthony, as trustee, sold 4175 Sanora Lane to Maksim and Julia Gritsenko, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,409 square feet.

Michael Conti and Schandra Rodriguez-Conti, of Orlando, sold 617 Aldenham Lane to Michael Fowler, of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,245 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $340,000.

Elaine Hughes, of Holtsville, New York, sold 1400 Sunningdale Lane to Donlea Lozano, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,634 square feet.

Philip Carson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1162 Kilkenny Lane to Kenneth Hunter and Sheri Friends, of Ormond Beach, for $287,500. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,761 square feet.

Muriel Wesley, of Ormond Beach, sold 852 Aldenham Lane to Kathleen Coughlin, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2018, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet.

William Fletcher, of Ormond Beach, sold 137 Laurie Drive to Anthony Hernandez, of Groveland, for $216,500. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/2 and has 904 square feet.

Thomas and Denise Waynick, of Hampstead, Maryland, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 106, to Douglas and Linda Hollis, of Orange Park, for $209,000. Built in 1983, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,275 square feet.
