Plantation Bay home sells for $260,000

A home in the community of Plantation Bay topped the sales list for Ormond Beach residential real estate transactions in the week of Sept. 12-18. Enterprise Hospitality Development LLC, of Clarksville, Ind., sold 1261 Harwick Lane to Dennis and Barbara Beals, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2012 by the sellers, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, granite countertops in the kitchen, a nature preserve in the backyard and 2,039 square feet of living area.

ORMOND BEACH

Ronald and Vicki Dalton, of Orlando, on behalf of the Dalton Family Trust, sold 133 Longwood Drive to Jessica Hillman, of Ormond Beach, for $141,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, one bathroom and 826 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $114,000.

Pam and Brian Louis, of Ormond Beach, sold 330 Tulip Tree Lane to Michael Pouncey, of Ormond Beach, for $128,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,363 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $46,900.

Catherine Morasca, of Ormond Beach, sold 92 Hay Bale Trail to Diane Hale, of Ormond Beach, for $127,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,527 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $96,500.

Jennifer Barker, of Ormond Beach, sold 512 Cherrywood Drive to Daniel and Cynthia Davenport, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,282 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $20,000.

Stephen and Mary Courteaux, of Ormond Beach, sold 1804 Golfwood Circle to Eric and Areta Perrell, or Ormond Beach, for $113,000. Built in 2005 by the sellers, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,137 square feet.

Elaine Long, of Dacatur, Ga., sold 10 San Jose Drive to Alvin and Janice Sosa, of Orlando, for $70,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 868 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $65,000.

Ann Rustin Estates

Bo G. Bewley, of Valdosta, Ga., sold 91 Ann Rustin Drive to Joseph Shearer, of Ormond Beach, for $236,000. Built in 1967 by the seller, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool and 1,643 square feet.

Banyan Estates

Cheryl Kelley, of Falls Church, Va., sold 76 Banyan Drive to Jay and Melissa Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 1,434 square feet of living area. It was sold in 2011 for $200,000.

Halifax Plantation

Carol Hansen, of Herndon, Va., sold 3424 Saltee Circle to Mary Tsolakis, of San Rafael, Calif., for $225,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,153 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $56,000.

Lake Walden Villas

Carol Post, of Port Orange, sold 226 Timberline Trail to Gwendolyn Helmintoller, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 932 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $78,000.

Ormond Lakes

Diane Hale, of Ormond Beach, sold 26 Waterbluff Drive to Jerry Blavis and Lynnette Johnson, of South Orange, N.J., for $250,000. Built in 2003 by the seller, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and spa, and 2,133 square feet.

Ormond Terrace

Lisa Pennett, of Ormond Beach, sold 206 Greenview Ave. to Kerri Gogarty, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,252 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $65,000.

Plantation Pines

Mitchell, Melissa and Mark Goerke, of Palm Coast, sold 3788 Plantation Drive to Rhonda Kasper, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 2007 by the sellers, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,752 square feet.

Rockefeller Heights

Melvin Stack, of Daytona Beach, on behalf of Sheri Small’s estate, sold 319 S. Halifax Drive to Andrew Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $45,000. Built in 1947, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 982 square feet. It sold in 1975 for $22,000.

The Trails

Saul Sashin, of Volusia County, sold 5 Birchwood Trail to Howard Offenberg, of Ormond Beach, for $101,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 1,680 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $68,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Amyanne Ashcraft, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Camellia Drive to Angus Russell, of Ormond Beach, for $52,500. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,044 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $191,000.
