Plantation Bay home sells: $262,000

A home in Plantation Bay topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Nov. 17-23, in Ormond Beach. Enterprise Hospitality Development LLC, of Clarkesville, Ind., sold 1273 Harwick Lane to Anthony and Susan Iorio, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 2012, the house features an extended golf cart garage and has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,057 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $1,750,000 as part of a multiparcel sale.

ORMOND BEACH

Christine A. Weiss, of Cedar City, Utah, sold 830 Lindenwood Circle to Rebecca Lingold, of Ormond Beach, for $186,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,663 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $75,000.

Zuheir Bawli and Nerran Abdul-Ahad, of Jacksonville, sold 43 Peruvian Lane to FranckĀ Bauduin, of Daytona Beach, for $170,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,324 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $213,060.

John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Ocean Crest Drive to Marjorie H. Grosberg, of Ormond Beach, for $159,900. Built in 1970, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,118 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $122,500.

Parham Florida Development LLC., of Anamosa, Iowa, sold 1635 U.S. 1, Unit 210, to Carolyn S. Landi, of Cranston, R.I., for $95,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,069 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $175,000.

Joyce J. Kane, of Oldsmar, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 108, to Mary Catherine Leonard, of Boston, for $91,000. Built in 1980, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,430 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $71,500.

Dana S. Hamilton, of Daytona Beach, sold 267 Midway Ave. to Jennifer Hall Evans, of Daytona Beach, for $44,500. Built in 1947, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,008 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Halifax Plantation

Janna Pollard, of Ormond Beach, sold 3510 Middlemore Lane to Barbara Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,600 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $155,000.

The Trails

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, of Carrollton, Texas, sold 51 River Ridge Trail to Vernon and Amanda Weaver, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 2,932 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $385,000.

Anthony and Lisa Barone Cecere, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Indian Trail to Dennis C. Walker and Yvonne Hampton, of Edgewater, for $119,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,439 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Plantation Pines

Mark Oslizlo and Stephen H. Gabrilove, individually and as trustee of the August 9 No. 1 Land Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 140 Conifer Lane to Carrol and Donna C. O'Neal, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,015 square feet. It sold in August for $116,600.

Tomoka Estates

Steven D. Reynolds, of Key Largo, sold 245 Wall Ave. to Rosemar Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,430 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $53,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

James and Pearl Hudson, of Douglasville, Ga., sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2E, to Andrew Szumowsld, of West Springfield, Mass., for $220,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,287 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $97,500.

David L. Dover Sr., and Donna Schouw, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Sunny Shore Drive to William and Jean Beagan, of Inverness, for $112,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 868 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $58,000.
