Plantation Bay home sells for $272,000

A home in the Plantation Bay subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Nov. 13-20, in Ormond Beach. Sharon Fedele, of Ormond Beach, sold 561 Aldenham Lane to John and Connie Murray, of 561 Aldenham Lane, for $272,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool and 2,141 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $424,595.

ORMOND BEACH

Per and Kim Schroeder, or Avon Lake, Ohio, sold 1910 W. Granada Blvd. to James and Loretta Arthur, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,705 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $319,000.

Darlene and Rex Gainus, of Surf City, N.C., sold 152 Longwood Ave. to Lee Pelcher, of Ormond Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1958, the house has one bedroom, one bathroom and 844 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $219,000.

Ormond Lakes

James and Loretta Arthur, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Wild Fern Lane to Concetta Summerlin, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,091 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $230,000.

Ormond Terrace

Ronald Stewart, of LaJolia, Calif., sold 94 Greenwood Lane to Little Bee Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $106,600. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fireplace and 1,302 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $146,000.

Plantation Bay

Michael Driggers and Curtis Howell, of Bonaire, Ga., sold 1164 Kilkenny Lane to Peter and Joyee Curtis, of Ormond Beach, for $236,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,905 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $348,113.

The Trails

Robert Gunning, of Louisvil, Colo., sold 99 Cotton Seed Trail to Martha Goddard, for $119,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,280 square feet of living area. The house sold in 1990 for $85,000.

Spring Meadows

Anthony and Joyce Campana, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Spring Meadows Drive to Amy and Daniel Ryan, of Ormond Beach, for $187,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,980 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $184,700.
