A Plantation Bay home topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions between Nov. 19 and 28, in Ormond Beach. William Wetzel, of Volusia County, sold 1024 Hampstead Lane to Bryan and Sherrie McReynolds, of Bowie, Md., for $420,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a three-car garage, an in-ground heated pool, 14-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and 3,205 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $70,000.
ORMOND BEACH
Donald Mitchell, of Columbia, Md., sold 17 Laurel Oaks Circle to Andrew Paul Barclay, of Ormond Beach, for $100,200. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,375 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $102,000.
Hammock Trace
Charles and Robin Alday, of Ormond Beach, sold 550 Sandy Oaks Blvd. to Diane Westerling, of Ormond Beach, for $133,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,572 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $240,000.

William Miles, of Hilton Head, S.C., on behalf of the Genevieve Miles Revocable Living Trust, sold 171 Deer Lake Circle to Maurice and Mary McKinney, of Cherryville, N.C., for $137,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,430 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $115,000.
Miguel Rivera, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold 7 Wildwood Trail to Herman Reyes, of Ormond Beach, for $105,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $145,000.
Tymber Creek
Scott Dieter and Rebecca McConnell, of Woburn, Mass., sold 425 Sand Creek Lane to Heidi Lunsford, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, an in-ground pool and 2,183 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $230,000.
Regency Manor Estates
William and Sue Babcock, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 11 E. Sovereign Lane to Jeffrey and Sharon Gill, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1974, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,212 square feet of living area. It sold in 1992 for $130,000.

Jeremy and Mary Ann Dunn, of Winter Garden, sold 476 Hammock Lane to Jeremiah Belyeu, of Ormond Beach, for $147,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,580 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $205,000.
