Plantation Bay home sells: $485,000

A pool home in the Plantation Bay subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of July 7-13, in Ormond Beach. Thomas and Janice Booth, of the United Kingdom, sold 1312 Dovercourt Lane to Edward and Moira Kriete, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a heated, in-ground pool and spa, three-car garage and 2,823 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $610,000.

ORMOND BEACH

John and Claudia Wittenberg, on behalf of the John R. Wittenberg and Claudia D. Wittenberg Revocable Turst, of Ormond Beach, sold 218 Treeline Lane to Erik Reutzel, for $350,000. Built in 1987, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and spa, and 3,726 square feet. The sold in 1986 for $24,000.

Marlane Prince, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Standish Drive to Gary and Krista Prae, of Hoschton, Ga., for $222,500. Built in 1973, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace, a wooden deck and 2,425 square feet. The lot sold in 2001 for $30,400.

Ray and Holly Smith, of Jacksonville, sold 1308 Parkside Drive to Jeffrey and Wendy Prater, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1983, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 1,856 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $265,000.

Carter and Colleen Carter, of Lutz, sold 212 Arlington Way to Laurie Dyer and Gregory Culliton, of Truckee, Calif., for $167,000. Built in 1927, the house has two beds, one bath and 1,411 square feet. The lot sold in 1980 for $42,500.

Barbara Carter, of Ormond Beach, sold 772 Buena Vista Ave., to Glen and Sara Bortner, of East Berlin, Pa., for $135,000. Built in 1924 by the sellers, the house has four beds, three baths, a pool, a fireplace and 3,029 square feet.

Carmina Aguirre, of Ormond Beach, sold 37 Oak Brook Drive to Colin Baker, of Ormond Beach, for $90,500. Built in 1990, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,005 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $199,000.

Ronald, Stephen and Larry Helgemo, of Ormond Beach, sold 304 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Joyce Noronha, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1947 by the sellers, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,016 square feet.

Skip Dettman, of Ormond Beach, sold 1035 Calle Grande St. to Debra Mann, of Ormond Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1979, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,365 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $69,500.

David and Jean Hoschstetler, of Jupiter, sold 1476 Kilrush Drive to Russell and Barbara Lentner, for $394,700. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,841 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $103,000.

Ronald and Judith Vedova, of Ormond Beach, sold 1421 Kilrush Drive to Luis and Ana Garcia, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2005, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,568 square feet. The lot sold in 2002 for $63,000.

Mark and Lisa Virden, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Sundrop Watch to Tyler Staley, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2000, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,717 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $234,000.

Plantation Bay

Dolores Good, of Charlotte, N.C., sold 1225 Hampstead Lane to Joseph Macionus and Maureen Mahoney, of Cross River, N.Y., for $252,000. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 2,037 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $243,300.

Johanna Didato, of Palm Coast, sold 1215 Crown Pointe Lane to Michael and Julianne McHale, of Ormond Beach, for $184,000. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,772 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $183,900.

Plantation Pines

Total Building Concepts Inc., of Huntington Beach, Calif., sold 426 Red Pine Court to Serguei Bondarenko and Evgenia Bondarenko, of Springfield, Mass., for $190,000. Built in 2002, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,324 square feet. It sold in June for $142,200.

Maria Roswell, of West Hollywood, Calif., sold 1715 John Anderson Drive to Jeffrey Cheek and Heather Larsen, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 1961, the house has four beds, three baths, a pool and 2,378 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $103,000.

Marlaine McRae, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Wisteria Drive to Wolfgang and Marena Petrusch, of Jacksonville, for $213,000. Built in 1971, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 1,592 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $123,500.

Thomas and Lynn Hay, of Holly Hill, sold 52 Rivocean Drive to Robert and Gregory Rogers, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1958 by the sellers, the house has two beds, two baths and 891 square feet.

Miguel Pumariega, of Ormond by the Sea, sold 24 Camellia Drive to Glenn and Marcia Wykoff, of Dalton, Ga., for $87,000. Built in 1960, the house has three beds, one bath and 728 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $195,000.
