A home in the Plantation Bay subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of April 6-13, in Ormond Beach. Said Zamiri, of Ormond Beach, sold 1326 Redbourne Lane to Robert and Lisbet Canning, of Ormond Beach, for $535,000. Built in 2012, the house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool and spa, a three-car garage with above bonus room, and 3,356 square feet of living area. The one-acre lot sold in 2011 for $90,000.

John Eldridge, on behalf of the Revocable Trust of John D. Eldridge, of Hamilton, Tenn., sold 3124 Connemara Drive to Isabel Bahamonde, of Leesburg, for $161,000. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,670 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $164,900.
Ormond Lakes
Joseph Carrelha and Josephine Rossi, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Deerskin Lane to Cherie Caputo, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2004, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,286 square feet. The lot sold in 2003 for $46,200.
Ormond Terrace
Ruby Hartley, of Ormond Beach, sold 617 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Alois and Gloria Trey, on behalf of The Gatrey Revocable Living trust, of Ormond Beach, for $143,000. Built in 1979, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,588 square feet. The lot sold in 1985 for $69,000.
ORMOND BY THE SEA
Oscar Wiseley, on behalf of the Wiseley Family Trust, sold 1601 Ocean Shore Blvd., 219 to Donald Mills and Patricia Perdue, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1970, the condo has two beds, two-and-a-half baths and 1,095 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $41,300.
