Plantation Bay home sells: $549,900

A home in the Plantation Bay subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 25 to March 4, in Ormond Beach. Timothy Frick and Deborah Frick, of Ormond Beach, sold 1320 Dovercourt Lane to Natalie Owens and Cameron Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $549,900. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool and spa, and 4,446 square feet of living area. The lot sold in 2003 for $111,510.

ORMOND BEACH

Alexander Smith, on behalf of the Bankruptcy Estate of Dinash Yanamadula, of Jacksonville, sold 911 John Anderson Drive to Clement and Kathleen Slade, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 1991, the house has five beds, six baths, three fireplaces and 4,743 square feet of living area in two buildings on the property. It sold in 2008 for $1.06 million.

Elizabeth Baird, on behalf of the Jack L. Baird & Elizabeth H. Baird Revocable Living Trust, of Venice, sold 884 Lindenwood Circle to Dennis and Linda Koch, for $155,000. Built in 1975, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,672 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $34,500.

Joseph and Dorothy Schariter, Christy Bivens, Heidi Miller and Joseph Schariter, of Tennessee, sold 107 Pinion Circle to Frederick and Diane Fox, of Ormond Beach, for $109,500. Built in 1978, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,486 square feet. The lot sold in 1978 for $49,700.

Lee Chip Ith, of Arvin, Calif., sold 907 Cordova Ave. to Linda Weston, of Ormond Beach, for $98,800. Built in 1966, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,626 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $100,000.

Chelsea Place

Todd and Stephanie Mellenberndt, of Ormond Beach, sold 1221 Draycott St. to Laurie Weedo, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2006, the house has four beds, three baths, a pool and 2,921 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $573,985.

Ellinor Village

Laura Brettschneider, of Pompton Lakes, N.J., sold 583 Robin Road to Frontier Estates LLC, of Las Vegas, for $112,000. Built in 1947, the house has four beds, two baths and 1,879 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $49,591.

Halifax Plantation

Barbara Sheehan, of Hampton Bays, N.Y., sold 3212 Galty Circle to Stephen and Sally Patrick, for $195,000. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,778 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $165,500.

Park Place

Arthur Plante, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Park Place to Paul and Theresa Machtigal, of Ormond Beach, for $57,250. Built in 1981, the house has two beds, two baths and 898 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $68,500.

Plantation Bay

James and Patti Mason, of Ormond Beach, sold 1062 Hampstead Drive to Robert and Virginia Cochran, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 2001, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 3,539 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $646,500.

Jose and Elida Vargas, of Ormond Beach, sold 1170 Kilkenny Lane to Robert Smith, of Hortonville, Wis., for $173,900. Built in 2006, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,577 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $99,400.

Frederick and Karen Kuehl, of Volusia County, sold $199,000 to Stanley and Susy Buczek, of Orland Park, Ill., for $162,750. Built in 2003, the house has two beds, two baths and 2,203 square feet.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Richard Hollandsworth, of Mineral, Va., sold 4 Friendly Circle to Thomas and Erinn Ganz, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1970, the house has four beds, two baths and 1,552 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $140,000.

Rayland Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Seabreeze Drive to David Graziano, of Hudson, N.H., for $148,000. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, one bath and 900 square feet. It sold last April for $70,100.

Abdul and Debra Alkorek, of Port Orange, sold 65 Alamanda Drive to Melissa VanBillard, of Ormond Beach, for $133,571. Built in 1953, the house has three beds, one bath, a fireplace and 942 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $180,000.

Thomas Burns, of Fisherville, Ky., sold 14 Sea Raven to John Bruno, of Ormond Beach, for $118,500. Built in 1987, the house has three beds, three baths and 1,441 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $114,000.

Deborah and Gregory Koessel, of Marthasville, Mo., sold 27 Ocean Shore Drive to Kevin Wulff and Jeffrey Fose, of Longwood, for $89,900. Built in 1955 by the sellers, the house has two beds, one bath and 756 square feet.
