A two-story home in the Plantation Bay subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of May 26 to June 1, in Ormond Beach. George and Wendy Biegelow, of Ormond Beach, sold 1033 Hampstead Lane to Harold and Sandra Layman, of Highlands, N.C., for $650,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three bathroom, a heated pool and spa, three-car garage, a balcony facing the golf course and 4,342 square of living area. The lot sold in 2001 for $110,000.
ORMOND BEACH
John and Tina Davis, of Flagler Beach, sold 701 Lindenwood Circle to Christopher Cornelison, of Ormond Beach, for $189,000. Built in 1977, the house has three beds, three baths and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $120,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Silver Creek Development Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 36 Thornhill Chase Circle to Rosswell Enterprises Inc., of Port Orange, for $259,000. Built in 2012, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,159 square feet. It sold as part of a multi-parcel deal in 2005 for $2.45 million.
Tomoka Crossings
Tito and Linda Adona, of Volusia County, sold 2 Grey Dapple Way to Megan Pellicer, of Ormond Beach, for $234,150. Built in 2002, the house has four beds, three baths, a pool and 2,296 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $180,900.
Tomoka Estates
Barbara Gionfrido, of Ormond Beach, sold 1067 George Anderson Street to Andre and Patti Banchi, of Daytona Beach, for $150,000. Built by the seller in 1971, the house has four beds, three baths, a wooden deck and 2,007 square feet.
Tomoka Meadows
Penelope Gallbreath, of Santa Paula, Calif., sold 64 Tomoka Meadows Blvd., 64 to George and Ethel Setman, of Ormond Beach, for $53,000. Built in 1980, the house has two beds, two baths and 999 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $42,900.
The Trails
Christopher Connors, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Maplewood Trail to Cecilia Cannon-Wallace, of the Maplewood 8 Land Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1979, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $181,000.

John Rucker and Theresa Lessard, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Pirates Cove to Amber and John Fortner, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1973, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,526 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $150,200.
John and Christina Spina, of Brampton, Ontario, sold 2222 Ocean Shore Blvd., B105 to Margaret Krishon, of Jalisci, Mexico, for $150,000. Built in 1981, the first-floor condo has two beds, two baths and 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $142,500.
John and Patricia Pettinato, of Randolph, Vermont, sold 1 Tropical Drive to Linda Ferris, of Ormond Beach, for $132,000. Built in 1956, the house has two beds, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $164,000.
April Foster, of Los Angeles, Calif., sold 50 Seaside Drive to Jane Hewson and Dolores Allison, of Ormond Beach, for $116,500. Built in 1959, the house has one bed, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $111,703.
