The top real estate transaction for the week of March 30-April 5 was a house in Plantation Bay. William and Nancy Guyette, of Middletown, Conn., sold 1217 Hampstead Court to Mark and Heidi Guirguis, of Ormond Beach, for $349,900. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,917 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $228,800.

ORMOND BEACH

Gary and Pamela Mann, of Ormond Beach, sold 247 Fairway Drive to Nicholas and Karen Holmay, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 1963, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 2,303 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $157,500.

Robert and Lesley Stevens, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Torrey Pines Court to Misty and Timothy Mercier, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,348 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $124,200.

Anna Munger, of Rutland, Vt., sold 676 Buena Vista Ave. to William Peugh, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,826 square feet. It sold in 1985 in a multiparcel sale.

Marshall and Sandra Pouncey, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Reflections Village to Robert and Mary Hunt, of Ormond Beach, for $167,000. Built in 1997, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,590 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $115,000.

Dale Stewart, of Ormond Beach, sold 330 Collins St. to Eva Maria Piper, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1972, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,155 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $30,800.

Elizabeth Campbell, of Georgetown, Texas, sold 68 Sounders Trail to Kristopher Rowley, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1.606 square feet. The lot sold in 2002 for $29,000.

Bank of New York, as trustee, of Addison, Texas, sold 113 Fiesta Circle to Jerome and Mary Lemley, of Wyoming, N.Y., for $79,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $174,900.

Suntrust Mortgage Inc., of Richmond, Va., sold 1635 N. U.S. 1, Unit 224, to Jeroen Reidel, of Ormond Beach, for $53,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,069 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $201,400.

Breakaway Trails

Thomas and Maud Browne, of Ormond Beach, sold 91 Black Hickory Way to Tiffany and Kevin Hahn, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,510 square feet. The lot sold in 2004 for $319,800.

Brittany Higgins, and Patrick and Deborah Higgins, of Knoxville, Tenn., sold 26 Creek Bluff Way to Patricia Frederick Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $224,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,932 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $190,000.

Hunters Ridge

KB Home Gold Coast LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 8 Abacus Ave. to Dean Thomaidis and Rosie Castellanos, of Mississauga, Ontario, for $255,595. Recently built, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,126 square feet. This was the first sale.

Ormond Lakes

Kenneth Staton and Jennifer Staton, of Ormond Beach, sold 33 Lakebluff Drive to Philip Minicozzi, of Bayville, N.Y., for $269,900. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,265 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $298,500.

Plantation Pines

Larry and Annette Pitts, of DeLand, sold 3664 Scotch Pine Lane to Ronald Sherman and Lisa Reimer, of Ormond Beach, for $329,000. Built in 1997, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,209 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $149,900.

The Trails

Leslie Britton, of Ormond Beach, sold 604 Main Trail to Pecca 18 LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $108,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,485 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $92,000.

ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA

Andre and Suzanne Rachmaninoff, of Bradenton, sold 44 Longfellow Circle to Kyle Yesland, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,770 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $159,500.

Richard and Diane Rider, of Ormond Beach, sold 25 Silk Oaks Drive to Elton and Anne Mooney, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $112,000.

Stephanie Staff, of Palm Coast, sold 27 Sunny Shore Drive to Cynthia Coates, of Winter Springs, for $125,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 784 square feet. Previous sales were not available.

Richard and Sandra Husmann, of Columbia, S.C., sold 173 Holland Road to Keith LaFalce, of Buffalo, N.Y., for $112,500. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 960 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $115,000.
