A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 16-22 in the Multiple Listing Service. Scott and Kathryn Rismiller, of St. Petersburg, sold 988 Downshire Lane to Niloufar and Michael Wilson, and Hengameh Gohari, of Ormond Beach, for $1,055,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/4 and has 4,392 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Peter Caruso and Lynn Hazlet sold 465 Hollywood St. to Laura Hein, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,750 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $260,000.

Ruben and Keri Quinones, of Flagler Beach, sold 463 River Square Lane to Deirdre Siebenaler, of Ormond Beach, for $338,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,059 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 200 Sunset Point Drive to David Rodriques, of Ormond Beach, for $279,490. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,828 square feet.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of McLean, Virginia, sold 106 Pine Tree Drive to John Patton, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,764 square feet.

Martha Smith, as guardian, sold 14 Timber Trail to Oliver and Sarah Vandagriff, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,863 square feet.

Erich Reuter, of West Palm Beach, sold 114 Fiesta Circle to Pamela Cordaro and Leila Cordaro, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,279 square feet.

Pamela Groome, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 135, to Gloria Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $189,900. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $130,000.
