A home in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of August 1-7 in the Multiple Listing Service. Joshua Wells, as trustee, sold 1031 Hampstead Lane to Jeffrey and Kimberly Schondebare, of Huntington, New York, for $785,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,326 square feet. It sold in March for $735,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Elizabeth Stone, of Ormond Beach, sold 290 Parrulli Drive to Jeremy and Chelsey Casperson, of Ormond Beach, for $759,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,064 square feet.

Scott and Jocabel Hicks, of Ormond Beach, sold 308 Seminole Drive to Casey Corbit, of Ormond Beach, for $528,700. Built in 1966, the house is a 4/5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,977 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $366,429.

Michael and Mary Hollenback, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Highwood Ridge Trail to Daniel and Natasha O’Neill, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,432 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $280,000.

Thomas and Carol Kearney, Kathleen Wielgosz, of Meriden, Connecticut, and James Kearney, of East Hampton, Connecticut, sold 18 Sandpoint Circle to Timothy and Melissa Carter, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,421 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $210,000.

Advanced Minerals Inc., as trustee, sold 175 S. Lindenwood Circle to Curtis Long, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,514 square feet.

Frank Recupero, of Wilmington, Maine, sold 74 Cumberland Ave. to David Rath and Karen Chipman, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,968 square feet.

Geoffrey Mizenko and Alexandria Beaudet, of Ormond Beach, sold 703 Fleming Ave. to Paul and Suzanne Ferrara, of Daytona Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $207,500.

Michael and Mary Fessenden, of Ormond Beach, sold 191 Woodhaven Circle to Kaitlin Shipman, of Ormond Beach, for $158,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 2/2 and has a barn and 1,416 square feet.

Jimmy and Linda Chumney, of Dexter, Michigan, sold 405 Nottinghill St. to Alfred and Barbara Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,987 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $420,200.

Anthony and Kristina Farrell, of Maderia Beach, sold 31 Byron Ellinor Drive to Jon-Michael and Christina Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 1949, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,152 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $245,000.

Halifax Plantation

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3325 Bailey Ann Drive to Arpad and April Toth, of Ormond Beach, for $302,641. Built in 2021, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,849 square feet.

Thomas Yarbrough Jr. sold 45 Hunt Master Court to Marc and Brittany Peters, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,052 square feet.

Shelley Lofthouse, of Ormond Beach, sold 106 Cardinal Drive, Unit D, to Justin and Lauren Gigliello, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1947, the townhouse is a 1/1 and has 528 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $122,500.

Plantation Bay

John Murray Jr., of Arcadia, sold 561 Aldenham Lane to William and Pamela Swyers, of Ormond Beach, for $495,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,141 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $272,000.

Kendall Wright sold 1397 Sunningdale Lane to Jeiran Osouli and Ashi Arghadeh, of Ormond Beach, for $349,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,626 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $200,000.

Rima Ridge

James and Patricia Sheridan, of Ormond Beach, sold 90 Buckskin Lane to Odysseus Biberias, of Ormond Beach, for $495,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 5/3 and has two fireplaces and 2,354 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $275,000.

Albert and Sherri Pinkerton, of Ormond Beach, sold 69 Grey Dapple Way to Timothy Fishel, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 5/2 and has 2,219 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $175,000.

Maureen Hamilton, of Ormond Beach, sold 2265 John Anderson Drive to Neil and Katherine DeGraide, of LaGrange, Kentucky, for $590,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 5/3 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,523 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $355,000.
