Plantation Bay house gets more than half-million dollars

A house on a golf course in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 27-Aug. 2 in Ormond Beach. Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1224 Castlehouse Lane to Thomas and Marsha O’Hara, of Ormond Beach, for $652,302. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, golf cart garage and 3,120 square feet. This was the first sale.

ORMOND BEACH

Thomas and Barbara Bonarrigo, of Ormond Beach, sold 319 Oak Fern Circle to Carol Bergman, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1983, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,420 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $165,000.

D. Maier Holdings Inc., a Florida Corporation, sold 3 Spiveys Court to Jeremy and Sarah Hall, of Daytona Beach, for $179,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $20,000. Franklin Bryant, of Ormond Beach, sold 151 Country Club Drive to Karl and Debra

Lorenz, of Orlando, for $169,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,485 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Robert Rosevear, individually and as trustee, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Sovereign Lane to John Rucker Sr. and Theresa Lessard, of Ormond Beach, for $156,500. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $58,000.

Relief Real Estate LLC, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 230 Coventry Court to Larry and Alma Steele, of Ormond Beach, for $139,900. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,348 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $71,000.

Derek Hill, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Boxwood Court to Raymond and Andrea Dolbow, of Ormond Beach, for $137,500. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,623 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $104,000.

Blue Collar Construction LLC, a Florida company, sold 108 Essex Drive to Lynn and Gregory Prodromos, of Gracey, Kentucky, for $125,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $78,000.

Nancy Klingel, of Sailorsburg, Pennsylvania, sold 2014 Linda Ave. to Kevin Schneider, of Ormond Beach, for $56,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,008 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $85,000.

Halifax Plantation

Robert and Laura Smith, of Palm Coast, sold 1417 Enos Drive to Eighth JCNJ LLC, of Jersey City, New Jersey, for $261,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,005 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $250,000.

Mallards Reach

David Posey, of Columbiana, Ohio, sold 18 Manderley Lane to Rita Woods and Michael Roberts, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $179,600.

Plantation Bay

Monica McNulty, of Ormond Beach, sold 1125 Hansbury Court to Carol Legum, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 2005, the townhome has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,308 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $151,900.

ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA

Celia Martin, of Lake City, and William Martin, of Gainesville, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1107, to William and Jane Dodson, trustees, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $36,000

John Rose, of Ormond Beach, sold 1926 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 101, to Stuart and Colleen Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $124,900. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $68,000.

Jeffrey Zevchik and James Raybon, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Hibiscus Drive to Jesus Hamlet D'Alvarez-Sanchez Jr. and Laura Lee D'Alvarez, of Orlando, for $111,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $132,500.

Suzanne Brennan, of Ormond Beach, Richard Wahlgren, of Oxford, Maryland, Robert Wahlgren, of Boca Raton, Elaine Hurley, of Silver Springs, Maryland, Andre Wahlgren, of Elkton, Maryland and Karen Kapp, of Newark, Delaware, sold 26 River Shore Drive to David and Sharon Dukes, of Ormond Beach, for $92,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $56,500.
