Erick and Natalie Wicklund, of Auburn, Alabama, sold 1069 Hampstead Lane to Susan Heiser and Judy Morrison, of Ormond Beach, for $490,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,393 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $440,900.
David and Flodella Stanley, of Holly Hill, sold 172 Marvin Road to Daniel and Josephine Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $272,750. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,470 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $72,500.
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 3620 Rodeo Acres Drive to Erika Deli and Tamas Vanyai, of Ormond Beach, for $259,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,527 square feet.
John and June Thomas, of Winterport, Maine, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3010, to Murshid Abdel-Latif, of Morgantown, West Virginia, for $215,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $158,000.
