Plantation Bay house sells for $1.78 million

A home in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of July 25-31 in the Multiple Listing Service. Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1023 Sudbury Lane to Karen Gustin, as trustee, for $1,783,818. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/4/1 and has a swimming pool and 3,832 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Douglas and Jennifer McMillan, of Flagler Beach, sold 1130 John Anderson Drive to Mark Stetler, of Ormond Beach, for $1,744,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,041 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $1,385,000.

Steven and Kristen Riley, of Daytona Beach, sold 103 University Circle to James and Amanda Zaengle, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 2,751 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $205,000.

Shilu Dodani sold 33 Sandcastle Drive to Andrea Kerr, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,996 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $220,000.

Yolanda Paynter, and Roger and Kathleen Paynter, sold 243 N. Halifax Drive to James and Meredith Beck, of Ormond Beach, for $387,500. Built in 1966, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,425 square feet.

OP SPE TPA1 LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 1526 Oak Forest Drive to Richard Pence and Jennifer Stark, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,808 square feet.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 302, to Peter Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $332,600. Built in 2020, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,256 square feet.

Thomas and Carol Blawn, of Daytona Beach, sold 76 Vining Court, Unit D, to Donald and Cynthia Elliott, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/2.5 and has 1,822 square feet.

Goodwin Properties Group LLC, of Fremont, California, sold 729 Fleming Ave. to Jill Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,210 square feet.

Donna Partington, Deborah Brown, Robert Pearce Jr. and Elizabeth Pearce, of Ormond Beach, sold 452 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Ashley Mentor, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,343 square feet.

Jennifer Robertson and Daniel Carney, of Palm Coast, sold 150 Limewood Place, Unit C, to David and Bonnie Harbula, of Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania, for $190,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $137,000.

Xavier DeLeon and Rosa Hernandez, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 9 Arbor Lake Park to Lenard Leff, of Ormond Beach, for $179,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,119 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $95,000.

Eric and Annie Albrecht, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Winding Creek Way to Thomas and Linda Caridad, of Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, for $539,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,370 square feet.

Tom and Tony Seaman, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Noble Woods Way to Karin Gehris, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,666 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $175,000.

Arthur and Deborah Fadde, of Beech Island, South Carolina, sold 1061 Hampstead Lane to Eric and Annie Albrecht, of Ormond Beach, for $695,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 2,627 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $475,000.

Christa Saldino, of Ormond Beach, sold 63 Saddlers Run to Kristopher and Carolyn Rowley, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,991 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $265,100.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Louann and Arthur Carlson, of Dover, Delaware, sold 1715 John Anderson Drive to Lorraine Monahan, of New York, for $775,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,413 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $550,000.

37 SE Chinica Drive LLC, of Ocala, sold 3 Bass Drive to John McClave, of Tavares, for $550,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,763 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $193,000.

Erin Burniston, of Astoria, New York, sold 34 Rivocean Drive to Martin and Patricia Rappaport, of Coconut Creek, for $330,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,127 square feet.
