A house on a golf course was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Feb. 21 thru Feb. 27 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Intervest Construction Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 1208 Castlehawk Lane to Ronald and Faith Boguski, as trustees, for $625,012. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,969 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Jurgen Betz, of Ormond Beach, sold 151 Royal Dunes Blvd. to Robert Weeks and Lindsey Fuller, of Ormond Beach, for $294,500. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $303,000.

Daniel and Kathryn Mcilrath, of Ormond Beach, sold 710 W. River Oak Drive to Henry and Grace Richard, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,775 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $105,900.

Paul and Brenda Herbert, of Waxhaw, North Carolina, sold 155 Greenbriar Ave. to Antony Beaulieu and Cleo Seaman, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,612 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $170,000.
