A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction for April 19-25 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Robert and Virginia Cochran, of Cayce, South Carolina, sold 1062 Hampstead Lane to William and Elizabeth King, of Ormond Beach, for $625,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, a pool and 3,539 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $460,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Robert and Norma Campbell, of Ormond Beach, sold 63 St. Annes Circle to Demitrios and Christina Kalmoutis, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,645 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $257,900.
Gerald and Brenda Klee, of Daytona Beach, sold 363 Putnam Ave. to Casey and Megan Ford, of Ormond Beach, for $344,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,844 square feet.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 232 Sandoval Drive to John Saullo, of Ormond Beach, for $265,650. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,828 square feet.
Ingrid Collier, Diane White, and Monica Brooks, sold 127 Sanchez Ave. to Gina Sweringen, of Ormond Beach, for $166,600. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,619 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $52,900.

Paula Whitlock, of Ormond Beach, sold 271 River Vale Lane to Efrain Nieves and Sheryl Melendez, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/3 and has a pool and 2,345 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $274,100.

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 416 Nottinghill St. to Joseph and Tammy Safield, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,341 square feet.

Orlando Archie and Zishan Huang, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Echo Woods Way to Todd Carpenter, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, a pool and 2,586 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $300,000.
Park Place
Victoria Herrero, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 29 Park Place to Jeannina Donaldson-DeLemos and Michael Donaldson, of Ormond Beach, for $167,900. Built in 1982, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,459 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $78,000.

Federal National Mortgage Association, of Dallas, Texas, sold 57 N. St. Andrews Drive to Shannon and Rickey Westfall, of Ormond Beach, for $158,200. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,544 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $50,100.

David and Jennifer Lizanich, of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, sold 169 Fox Glen Court to Jessica and Michael Kremposky, of Ormond Beach, for $199,700. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,176 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $92,500.

Douglas Romine, of Eatonton, Georgia, sold 36 Mayfield Circle to Kevin and Rebecca Burns, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,650 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $110,000.

Gormless LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Briggs Drive to Dennis and Carla Anderson, of Lecompton, Kansas, for $247,500. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,044 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $128,000.
