Luks or Rachel B. Luks Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 1305 Harwick Lane to Wasley and Andrea Clark, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,081 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $250,000.

Todd Barker, of Ormond Beach, sold 202 Chippewa Circle to Paul Schandel, of Ormond Beach, for $197,500. Built in 2006, the house has four beds, two baths and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $200,000.
John Minneti, of Ormond Beach, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., 104 to Stanley and Amanda Stockhammer, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1972, the first-floor condo has two beds, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $140,000.
Maria Velasquez Thomas, of Ormond Beach, sold 73 Coquina Drive to Enis Qosja, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1957, the house has five beds, three baths and 2,234 square feet. It sold in May for $125,000.
John and Josephine Scibilia, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Pheasant Lane to Cuong Nguyen, of Ormond Beach, for $139,400. Built in 1986, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,655 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $125,000.

Edna Bartel, of Ormond Beach, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., 217 to Cecil Mangham, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1981, the second-flood condo has two beds, two baths and 1,087 square feet. The lot sold in 1975 for $33,500.
