Pool home in Halifax Plantation tops the sales list

A house in Halifax Plantation was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 23-29 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Harold Phillips, of Lakeland, sold 1225 Killarney Drive to Harold Blair and Jacqueline Reynolds, of Ormond Beach, for $635,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,571 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Stephen and Andrea Haas, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Prairieview Lane to Rita and Jeffrey Risner, of Ormond Beach, for $284,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,937 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $165,000.

Robert and Phyliss Heath, of Ormond Beach, sold 465 Hollywood St. to Peter Caruso and Lynn Hazlet, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,750 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $180,000.

Charles Searcy, of Columbia, South Carolina, sold 671 Buena Vista Ave. to Barbara Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,188 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $125,000.

George and Delma Schneller sold 1239 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Jose and Sonia Valdes, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,029 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $91,500.

Mary Sicilian, of Ormond Beach, sold 197 Kenilworth Ave. to Jenna and Travis Cooper, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1967, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,426 square feet.

Raymond and Patricia Appiarius, of Holly Hill, sold 293 Melrose Ave. to Mackenzie and Chelsea Dickson, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $165,000.

Carol James, individually and as trustee, sold 1311 Overbrook Drive to Glen McLay and Susan McLay-Weis, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,746 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $163,500.

Danielle Muren and Heather Schuller sold 1785 Cherry Laurel Drive to Annetta Edwards, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,634 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $129,000.

Sharlene Hoch, of St. Johns, sold 365 Hand Ave. to Stacey and Benjamin Speller, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $35,900.

Dorris Sweeney, of Ormond Beach, sold 215 Bay Pines Court to Randall and Dana Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,330 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $88,300.

Marie-Therese Tomaselli sold 170 Limewood Place, Unit A, to Tina Phillips, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $72,500.

Dale Stewart, of Ormond Beach, sold 428 Division Ave. to Dennis Cox, of Ormond Beach, for $152,900. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 960 square feet. It sold in 1975 for $12,000.

Elm Equities LP, of Holly Hill, sold 65 Seton Trail, Unit 140, to Rebecca Gintonio, of Ormond Beach, for $129,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $95,000.

Breakaway Trails

Michael DeAngelis sold 68 Coquina Ridge Way to Richard and Dell Knight, of Ormond Beach, for $332,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,070 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $185,400.

Halifax Plantation

John and Virginia McDonnell, and Christopher McDonnell sold 1130 Glengad Run to Arthur and Edith O’Dell, of Ormond Beach, for $204,900. Built in 1999, the villa has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $185,000.

Ormond Lakes

John and Marciley Korfant, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Waterbluff Drive to Caleb and Elaine Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $320,300. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,978 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $231,000.

Plantation Bay

Lorraine English, of Gainesville, Georgia, sold 1304 Harwick Lane to Tessie Miller and Mark Richman, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,404 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $320,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 840 Aldenham Lane to Jeffrey and Robin Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $257,630. Built in 2018, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.

Linda Caponigro, of Bangor, Pennsylvania, sold 1104 Kilkenny Lane to Ardsley Ames, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $224,900.

Tomoka Oaks

Andrea Brown and James La Duke, and Andrea Brown, as trustee, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 110, to Lois and Joseph Santos, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1980, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,430 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $102,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Robert Spencer and Joanne Keller, of Ormond Beach, sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4020, to William and Ann Dorner, of Jenkinsburg, Georgia, for $312,500. Built in 1989, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,061 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $329,500.

Nathaniel and Kathryn Kosak, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 San Jose Circle to Richard and Diane Custeau, as trustees, for $230,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, two baths ad 1,503 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $85,000.

Lawrence and Barbara Rusbarsky sold 15 Hibiscus Drive to Kevin Crawford, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 840 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $200,000.
