Jeffery Miller, of Ormond Beach, sold 96 Hollow Branch Crossing to Christopher and Alana Moberg, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,925 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $263,000.
