A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction for the week June 23-29 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Michael and Nancy Booher, of Palm Bay, sold 2586 John Anderson Drive to Artur and Lise Silva, of Ormond Beach, for $750,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,048 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Carlos and Tamara Farach, of Ormond Beach, sold 238 Treeline Lane to Land Trust No. 238 for $580,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,547 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $642,000.

O. Leslie and Patricia Speer, individually and as trustees, sold 217 Riverbend Acres to Carl and Jodi Dodson, and William and Linda Hamilton, for $395,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,847 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $305,300.

Marie Meise, individually and as representative, sold 26 Chrysanthemum Drive to Jorge and Cecilia Pappa, of Ormond Beach, for $253,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,892 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $300,000.

Novetta Duffer and Debra Duffer sold 533 Lake Bridge Drive to David Rowland, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1998, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,599 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $118,000.

Vicci Brose and Robert Moore, of Lebanon, Ohio, sold 707 Fleming Ave. to James Wellington and Sarah Benevides, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,128 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $119,000.

Paul and Johanne Embrey, of Ormond Beach, sold 201 Orange Grove Drive, Unit B, to Colleen Wilkinson, of St. Louis, Missouri, for $145,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,262 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $120,000.

Robert and Hristina Gjoreski, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Lakewood Park Drive to Steve and Annette Caito, of Ormond Beach, for $133,000. Built in 1982, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,280 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $115,000.

SC Park Lane II LLC, of Meriden, Connecticut, sold 1100 Avenue H to Harry Parsons, of Port Orange, for $39,000. Built in 1985, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,478 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $17,000.

Breakaway Trails

Gerard and Madonna Reda, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Oak Knoll Way to Brian and Laurie Smith, of Newark, New York, for $527,500. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,650 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $450,000.

Duane Herdegen III, of Ponce Inlet, sold 119 Deep Woods Way to Klaus and Stephanie Gaubatz, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,050 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $355,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 397 Nottinghill St. to Cari and Matthew Merrell, of Ormond Beach, for $439,656. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,512 square feet.

Brenda Jones, individually and as trustee, sold 221 Chelsea Place Ave. to Charles and Anna Harrell, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 2012, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,027 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $344,000.

The Trails

Vaughn and Anne McDonald, of Port Orchard, Washington, sold 14 Appaloosa Trail to Robert and Lisa McNinch, of Ormond Beach, for $196,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,401 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $139,900.

Nancy Hoppe, of Lady Lake, sold 127 Pine Cone Trail to Emily Norman, of Ormond Beach, for $174,500. Built in 1977, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $159,900.

Trails South Forty

Billie Kaler, as trustee, sold 95 Oxbow Trail to Bruce and Dana Robbins, of Ormond Beach, for $209,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,960 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $129,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Michael and Joyce Troutman, of Ormond Beach, sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1010, to Donald and Cherise Hodge, of Stafford, Virginia, for $326,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $228,000.

Richard and Kathy Wilkes sold 32 Aqua Vista Drive to Susan Hope, of Ormond Beach, for $256,900. Built in 1964, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,431 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $150,000.

Bernard Davall, of Coconut Creek, sold 116 N. Ocean Aire Terrace to William Swetnam, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,378 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $127,500.

Beachy Travels LLC, of Massapequa, New York, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 5120, to William Cheney, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $167,000.

Joanne Kestenis, of Binghamton, New York, sold 32 Sunset Blvd. to Robert and Denise Konopka, of Ormond Beach, for $208,000. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,333 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $141,000.

Tyler Dean, individually and as trustee, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 301, to Anne and Heinz Klumb, of Winter Garden, for $205,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $157,500.

Prudence Walker, individually and as trustee, sold 11 San Jose Drive to Alexina and Richard Jeffreys, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,046 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $170,000.

Ronald Nour sold 34 Poinsettia Drive to Joseph Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $196,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 750 square feet.

Juana Darce and Javier Hernandez, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Palmetto Drive to Scott and Kim Schoeckert, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $127,000.
