A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 26 to July 1 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. THR Florida L.P., of Dallas, sold 3540 John Anderson Drive to Michael and Diane Mudzo, of Ormond Beach, for $775,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,037 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $450,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Timothy and Tisha Jones sold 72 Country Club Drive to Peter Collins, of Ormond Beach, for $517,500. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,264 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $445,500.
Black Reef Trust, of Houston, sold 150 N. Halifax Drive to Gregory Burgoyne and Kristin Scott, of Daytona Beach, for $348,078. Built in 1963, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 6,895 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $175,000.
Richard and Betty Cooper, of Clermont, sold 175 Ormwood Drive to Charles and Sherry Goodson for $312,900. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,930 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $151,000.
Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 99 Chrysanthemum Drive to David and Marlena Randall, of Ormond Beach, for $284,800. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,084 square feet.
Tucker and Kendall Harris, of Daytona Beach, sold 1307 Northside Drive to Brandon Sheppard and Mariel Lafferty, of Ormond Beach, for $282,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,675 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $230,000.
D and D Land and Properties Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 209 Melrose Ave. to Karl and Sanya Strode for $209,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,543 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $120,000.
Wafiek and Houda Nakhla, individually and as trustees, sold 30 Old Macon Drive to Kohithunos and Mudrikaben Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $202,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $157,000.
CCH Enterprises LLC sold 114 Camino Circle to Kathy Hoellen and Joseph Biggs, of Ormond Beach, for $197,500. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $117,000.
Wanda Beazley, individually and as trustee, sold 5 Misners Trail to Lana Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $197,500. Built in 1989, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,793 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $162,500.
Whitestone Properties LLC sold 469 Hammock Lane to Scott Howell, of Ormond Beach, for $167,500. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,134 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $101,000.

Leroy and Rebecca Hughes, of Wilson, Wyoming, sold 1429 Pecos Drive to Caitlin Chavez and Rafael Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $440,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,752 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $350,000.

Edward and Stephanie Rowley sold 33 Laurel Ridge Break to Steven and Michelle Handwerker, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,305 square feet.

John Shelton Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 41 Wild Cat Lane to Brian Wason, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,911 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $164,900.

Arthur Broadfield and Constance Wineland, individually and as trustee, sold 414 Long Cove Court to Michael and Doris Rusnak, of Ormond Beach, for $274,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,129 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $182,000.
Ronald Schiesz, of Mooresville, North Carolina, sold 1255 Crown Pointe Lane to Christine Capozzi, of Ormond Beach, for $267,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,791 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $207,000.

Regina and Reinaldo Martins, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Wildwood Trail to Shirrell and Connie Hayes, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $60,000.

Patrick and Michael Larrazabal, of Ormond Beach, sold 980 Shockney Drive to Marcia Marion, of Ormond Beach, for $306,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,464 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $375,000.

Catherine Oryschak, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Oakmont Circle to William and Beverly Loomis, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1973, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,174 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $240,000.

Elisha and Kirsten Perkins sold 64 Brooks Drive to Neil and Shari Riemer, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1951, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 744 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $78,500.
144 Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 144 Roberta Road to Janell Certain, of Ormond Beach, for $182,500. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 840 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $66,540.
Cynthia Rzepkowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 Roberta Road to Brian Smith and Ladonna Butterfield, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,252 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $66,900.
