A Country Acres home topped the sales list for Ormond Beach residential real estate transactions the week of Sept. 19-25. Robert and Lisa Grubbs, of Jacksonville, sold 290 Golden Saddle Lane to Christopher Coroneos, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool, a dock, a fireplace, a four-car detached garage and 2,413 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $305,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Roy Riley and Marie Keane, of Ormond Beach, sold 322 Oak Drive to Stacy Cunningham, of Ormond Beach, for $267,500. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,531 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $250,000.

Stephen Courteaux, of Ormond Beach, sold 1821 Golfwood Circle to Eric and Areta Perrell, of Ormond Beach, for $113,000. Built in 2005 by the seller, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,411 square feet of living area.

Levu and Wan Anh Tran, of Orlando, sold 81 Live Oak Ave. to Carlos Costa and Gloria Vilanova, of Daytona Beach, for $75,000. Built in 1950, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 987 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $65,000.

Breakaway Trails

James and Jamie Rexroat, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Black Creek Way to Ibrahim Wafik LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,478 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $443,800.

Country Acres

Eugene and Tina Schlegel, of South Daytona, sold 131 E. Woodhaven Circle to Raymond DiGuiseppe, of Ormond Beach, for $184,900. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,885 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $273,000.

Creekside

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 137 Creek Forest Lane to Robert and Jacqueline Tugwell, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 2012 by the seller, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an upper story and 3,815 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $250,000.

Daytona Shores

Rodney and Beatrice Theune, of Holly Hill, sold 719 E. River Oak Drive to Tony Serio, of Ormond Beach, for $129,900. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,591 square feet of living area. It sold in 1988 for $78,000.

Forest Quest

Matthew and Sarah Valentine, of Ormond Beach, sold 163 Hamlet Trace to Dean and Julie Gough, of Sioux Falls, S.D., for $205,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,137 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $55,000.

Ormond Beach Manors

Eleanor Miles, of Volusia County, sold 20 Essex Drive to Matthew Harrell, of Florida, for $87,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 968 square feet of living area. It sold in 1985 for $43,000.

Plantation Bay

Dean Carley, of Volusia County, sold 1208 Sunningdale Lane to Karen Dantzler Buchanan, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2001, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,174 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $293,000.

The Trails

Robert and Elizabeth Swasey, of Ormond Beach, sold 162 Pine Cone Trail to Charles and Carol Kocher, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,555 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $100,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Teodoro Guillen, of Ormond Beach, sold 25 Juniper Drive to Robert and Jessica Morris, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three bedrooms, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet of living area. It sold in 1993 for $87,500.
