A pool home topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of April 21-27, in Ormond Beach. Stacey Knerler, of Ormond Beach, sold 676 Riverside Drive to Robert Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $398,400. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, an in-ground pool, a boat dock and 1,605 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $438,000.

JPMorgan Chase Bank sold 121 Woodhaven Circle to Mark and Brenda Culp, of Ormond Beach, for $120,500. Built in 1991, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,135 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $120,500.
Concettina Sala, of Daytona Beach, sold 54 Cardinal Drive, B to Donna Christensen, of Bloomsburg, Pa., for $105,900. Built in 1947, the house has two beds, one bath and 786 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $159,000.
Matthew Viau, on behalf of the Estate of Vonnier R. Viau, sold 1 Park Place to Leslie and Steven Soard, of East Stroudsburg, Pa., for $70,000. Built in 1984, the house has two beds, three baths and 1,307 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $75,000.

April Wolland, Jeremy Savela, Robert Savela, of Ormond Beach, sold 80 Shadow Creek to Veronica Burke and Mark Warrilow, of Pound Ridge, N.Y., for $359,900. Built in 1989, the house has four beds, four baths, a fireplace and 3,452 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $290,000.
Ralph and Janet Wainwright, of Ormond Beach, sold 147 Black Hickory Way to James and Sharon Greenberg, of Lancaster, Pa., for $255,000. Built in 2006, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,931 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $429,140.

Clifton and Debra Sheffeld, of Palatka, sold 1185 Athlone Way to Pamela Field and Mary Beth Shaw, of Rehoboth Beach, Del., for $154,000. Built in 1997, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,574 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $250,000.

Terrance and Michele Roberts, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Sea Gull Drive to Richard Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $207,000. Built in 1984, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,797 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $175,000.
Sandra Zaarour, of Ormond Beach, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., 414 to Bipin Shah, on behalf of the Bipin Shah Living Trust, of Orlando, for $125,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two beds, two baths and 925 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $67,700.
Kathy John, of Ormond Beach, sold 57 Poinsettia Drive to Terrance and Jean Alexander, of Dryden, Mich., for $114,000. Built in 1956, the house has two beds, one bath and 775 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $64,000.
Lana Waldorf, of Bingham Farm, Mich., sold 19 Linda St. to Peter and Mary Thomas, on behalf of the Thomas Family Trust, of Beaufort, Mo., for $106,500. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, one bath, a fireplace and 959 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $95,000.
Charles and Zilke Blair, of Winter Park, sold 14 Alamanda Drive to Joseph and Jennifer Lynch, of Silver Springs, for $83,000. Built in 1953, the house has two beds, one bath and 856 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $88,000.
