Margaret and David Sacks, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Broadwater Drive to Michael Ninivaggi, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool and 4,071 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $760,000.

Calvin and Meghan Kwekel, of Ormond Beach, sold 301 Riverbend Road to Douglass and Lynette Shott, of Ormond Beach, for $216,800. Built in 1984, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,140 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $175,500.
Kenneth Payne, of Ormond Beach, sold 230 Osceola Ave. to Ronald Rubin, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1953, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,367 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $134,000.
James Fuoss, of Owosso, Mich., sold 148 Cardinal Drive to Lamia Boutiba, Abdelkader Ouabadi and Linda Boutiba, on behalf of the Nelissa Florida Real Estate Trust, of Outremon Quebec, Canada, for $92,500. Built in 1947, the house has two beds, one bath and 675 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $55,900.

Joseph Szarmach, of Stratford, Conn., sold 20 Foxcroft Run to Jeffrey Rehrmann, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2005, the house has four beds, three baths, a pool and 2,675 square feet. The lot sold in 2003 for $68,000.

Cynthia Dhand, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Lakebluff Drive to Ellen and Thomas Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 1997, the house has four beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,359 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $407,500.

Heather and Eric Haroldson, of Daytona Beach, sold 63 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Stacey Freeman, of Ormond Beach, for $41,428.57. Built in 1980, the house has one bed, one bath and 875 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $112,000.

Charles Keil and Douglas Keil, of Lake Worth, sold 35 Sunny Shore Drive to Todd Keifer, of Ormond Beach, for $113,000. Built in 1958, the house has two beds, one bath and 888 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $31,500.
