A house in Plantation Bay was the top transaction for Jan. 14-20 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Michael and Kimberly Stucky, of The Colony, Texas, sold 1011 Hampstead Lane to Charles and Linda Zinkil, and Brian and Gregory Zinkil, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,383 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $420,000.

John and Brenda Hall, of Ormond Beach, sold 93 Ivanhoe Drive to Michael Benedict, of Ormond Beach, for $333,000. Built in 1958, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 3,065 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $87,500.

James and Jeanette Settle, of Brunswick, Ohio, sold 4 Mill Run Court to Becky Funk, of Ormond Beach, for $298,000. Built in 1986, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,388 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $230,000.

Andrew D’Anna and Kristy Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Dormont Drive to Margaret Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $277,500. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,714 square feet.

Andrew and Joseph Martingano, Rose Mavica and Frances Treglia, of Ormond Beach, sold 280 Putnam Ave. to Alexander Doberstein, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat house and 1,312 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $155,000.

Shon MacDughlas and Dedria Pope, of Ormond Beach, sold 837 W. Lindenwood Circle to Michael and Tracy West, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,619 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $123,000.

Susan Rosenberger, Thomas Cherrix, Richard Cherrix and Barbara Blankenship, of Mineral, Virginia, sold 480 Harbour Lights Drive to Eleanora Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,654 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $119,000.

Joshua and Lisa Winland, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Castle Manor Drive to Christopher Owens, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $83,000.

Morris and Rebecca Beavers, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 1224 Sunningdale Lane to Joseph and Patricia Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,042 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $223,550.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Gloria Robinson, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Sea Raven Terrace to Fredric Stangle and Barbara Ziccardi, of Davie, for $268,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,479 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $117,000.
