Pool home sells for $550,000

A John Anderson Drive house was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 5-11 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Sean Ryan, of DeLand, sold 401 John Anderson Drive to Philip and Margaret Erli, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1960, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,960 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $287,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Charles and Kathleen Dodd, of Ormond Beach, sold 50 Sandpiper Lane to Jeffrey and Kelley Lemon, of Bunnell, for $257,400. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,812 square feet.

Susan Leafer, of Daytona Beach, sold 308 N. Halifax Drive to Andrew D’Anna and Kristy Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $244,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,732 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $98,000.

Douglas Bates, individually and as trustee, sold 36 Spring Meadows Drive to Yehuda Morali, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,036 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $151,900.

Trevton 24 LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Oak Village Drive to Richard Nerone, of Ormond Beach, for $187,500. Built in 1999, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,611 square feet. It sold in September for $169,500.

Robert and Judy Fix, of Key West, sold 200 Timberline Trail to Turbo Properties Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $159,200. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $186,500.

Paul Rovnak III, of Rosemont, Minnesota, sold 37 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Admac Property Holdings LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $124,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $122,500.

TM Rentals LLC, of South Daytona, sold 35 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Wendy Warfield and Jacqueline Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 875 square feet.

Plantation Bay

John and Kay Warne, of Ontario, Canada, sold 1094 Hampstead Lane to Detlef and Ursula Mews, of Ormond Beach, for $535,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,640 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $608,000.

Angel and Silvia Oliva, of Ormond Beach, sold 640 Aldenham Lane to Terrance and Denise Reardon, of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, for $328,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,158 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $371,110.

Vita Staples, of Gainesville, sold 1221 Crown Pointe Lane to Gregory Clark and Julie Watson, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $235,000.

The Trails

Kathleen McClain, of Huntersville, North Carolina, sold 22 Soco Trail to Teresa Pennington, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,439 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $88,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Joel and Barbara Wallen, of Crestview, sold 319 River Bluff Drive to Robert Tugwell, of Ormond Beach, for $336,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,206 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $325,900.

Tymber Creek

Steven and Megan Longfritz, of Port Orange, sold 264 Amberwood Court to Joshua and Victoria Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,204 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $118,800.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

John and Carol Douglas, of Belleview, sold 3000 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 12, to Travis MacSwain and Robert MacSwain, of Englewood, for $235,000. Built in 2001, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,329 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $225,000.

Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Ocean Shore Drive to Amy Birk, of Ormond Beach, for $222,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 927 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $147,500.

Betty Costly, of Ormond Beach, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1110, to Ronald Baxter, of Clearfield, Utah, for $195,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $171,500.

Janis and Roger Weber, individually and as trustees, sold 173 Roberta Road to Branson Strickland, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 987 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $84,900.

Pamela Bayliss, as representative, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 160, to Timothy and Sharon Mason, of Alexandria, Pennsylvania, for $150,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $68,900.
