A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 2-8 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Ronald Thomas, of Avon, Ohio, sold 1321 Dovercourt Lane to Alex and Patricia Chester, of Ormond Beach, for $750,000. Built in 2012, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, three half-baths, a swimming pool and 4,658 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $635,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Eric and Rebecca Middlebrook, of Star, Idaho, sold 27 Manderley Lane to Beverly Marshall, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 2,150 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $237,000.
Fred and Dawn Share, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Sounders Trail Circle to Kendall Duncan and Cameron Janelle, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,898 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $235,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1516 Springleaf Drive to Thia Kim, Vit Kim and Theu Tran, of Ormond Beach, for $249,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,839 square feet.
Mary and Anthony Brewer, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 N. Halifax Drive, Unit 1130, to Michelle Sothen, of Ormond Beach, for $239,900. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,775 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $148,000.
Gerald Gibbs Jr., of Daytona Beach, sold 22 Parkview Lane to Melissa Losagio, of Ormond Beach, for $237,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,533 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $236,500.
Common Wealth Trust Service LLC, as trustee, sold 163 Northbrook Lane to Cassie Sciotto, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $80,000.
Kilcoyne Realty Trust Inc, of Sterling, Massachusetts, sold 1964 Linda Ave. to Tyler West, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,325 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $47,500.
Charles and Tammie Kelley sold 4 Timberline Trail, Unit C, to Bette Kirschbaum, of Ormond Beach, for $142,000. Built in 1977, the villa has one bedroom, one bath, a fireplace and 1,180 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $60,500.
Linda Traudt, of Ormond Beach, sold 1301 Ave. D to Susan Barron, of Ormond Beach, for $55,000. Built in 1988, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,404 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $42,000.
Breakaway Trails
Steven and Helen Ecklund, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Black Creek Way to Linda and Walter Cook, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,070 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $234,000.
Halifax Plantation
Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3032 Acoma Drive to Richard and Leona Christie, of Ormond Beach, for $483,182. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,537 square feet.
Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3024 Acoma Drive to Robert Barrett and Ada Colon, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,712 square feet.
Mary Canino, individually and as trustee, and Barbara Banic, of Delray Beach, sold 3113 Sperrin Drive to Peter and Cynthia Thomsen, as trustees, for $330,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,375 square feet.
Roy and Patrice Stoves sold 3112 Connemara Drive to Paula Maiorano, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 2003, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,571 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $274,900.

Phillip and Katherine Sayers, of Ormond Beach, sold 25 Abacus Ave. to Jason Chen, of Ormond Beach, for $318,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,672 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $243,000.
Joshua and Christy Sebastian, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Lonetree Look to Jennifer Chynoweth, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $170,000.

Roy and Karen Taylor, of Bunnell, sold 83 Old Wiggins Lane to Carol Kahle, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,190 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $267,000.
Plantation Bay
Lawrence Jordan, as trustee, sold 804 Millstream Lane to Brenda and Jose Barreto, of Ormond Beach, for $304,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,620 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $224,595.
Jannice Collins sold 1301 Hansberry Lane to Denise and Michael Hunsicker, of Ormond Beach, for $219,500. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $186,000.
Tomoka Estates
Gregory Sperduto, of Flagler Beach, sold 1036 Shockney Drive to Jose and Alina Jaime, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a boat dock and 924 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $140,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Marilyn Wilson sold 6 Sea Park Terrace to Leon Landau and Rimma Segal, as trustees, for $380,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,162 square feet.
Robin and Karen Souders, of Milan, Michigan, sold 1519 John Anderson Drive to Clay Myers, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,053 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $161,000.
Little Slice of Paradise LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 36, to Mary Becksmith, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $165,000.
Elizabeth Pinter and Elizabeth A. Pinter sold 43 Alamanda Drive to Tyler Dean, as trustee, for $140,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,356 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $90,000.
