Ranch-style home on John Anderson gets $1.09 million

A house built in 1969 was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept. 6-12 in the Multiple Listing Service. Dexter Homes LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 520 John Anderson Drive to Scott and Kelley Willis, of Dallas, for $1.09 million. Built in 1969, the house is a 3/2.5 and has two fireplaces and 2,635 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $1.05 million. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Joseph and Emma Sungenis, of Holly Hill, sold 2412 John Anderson Drive to Thomas and Tracie Culver, of Ormond Beach, for $727,800. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a boat dock and 3,120 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $245,000.

Daniel and Larie Allen, individually and as trustees, sold 420 Triton Road to Thomas Leek and Vicki Dolan, of Ormond Beach, for $535,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,806 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $272,000.

Cynthia Baughman, individually and as trustee, sold 154 Arlington Way to Thomas and Charlotte Moody, of Saratoga Springs, New York, for $340,000. Built in 1925, the house is a 2/1.5 and has a fireplace, guest house and 1,663 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $119,500.

Constance and Bobby Gibson, of Gainesville, sold 1275 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 505, to Robert Blanchard, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1981, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,013 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $205,000.

Elizabeth Cooper, of DeLand, sold 119 Ray Mar Drive to Dustin Olson, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,350 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $169,000.

George and Karen Paavola, individually and as trustees, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4030, to Donald and Cheryl Bryant, of C&D Leasing of Central Florida LLC, for $259,250. Built in 1972, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $185,000.

Gerald and Annmarie Popp sold 14 Arbor Lake Park to Patricia Zeig, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 931 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $56,900.

Breakaway Trails

Helmy Ragheb, of Warren, Ohio, sold 66 Tomoka Ridge Way to Douglas and Cheryl Duncan, of Ormond Beach, for $379,900. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,401 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $300,000.

Halifax Plantation

John Regan, as trustee, sold 3521 Kilgallen Court to Donald Baracskay II, of Ormond Beach, for $928,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/4.4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,603 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $825,000.

Steven Stigler, individually and as trustee, sold 3933 Tano Drive to Gina and William Bauer, of Ormond Beach, for $434,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 3,339 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Robert and Stephanie Olin, of Daytona Beach, sold 57 Abacus Ave. to JAU Land LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2010, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,715 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $267,500.

Richard Burt and Susan Gerrard, of Debary, sold 33 Abacus Ave. to David and Maria O’Lone, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2013, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,210 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $275,000.

Ormond Lakes

Peggy Baker, of Daytona Beach, sold 11 Blockhouse Court to Dusty and Cole Buck, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,042 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $230,000.

Plantation Bay

Rami and Carla Intriago, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 820 Aldenham Lane to Richard and Pamela Matheny, of Oak Hill, for $247,900. Built in 2016, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $219,400.

The Trails

Jason Gronek, individually and as representative, and Michelle Patterson, sold 2 Timberline Trail, Unit B, to Susan Magazu, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,391 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $146,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Walter Sharpe, of Ormond Beach, sold 104 Rio Pinar Drive to Kerry Coble and Juan Garelli, of Ormond Beach, for $311,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,436 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $237,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Robert and Amanda Bittner, of Ormond Beach, sold 1289 John Anderson Drive to Michael Voet and Alison Hockstad, of Ormond Beach, for $434,500. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,926 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $280,800.

George Oriel, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Seafarers Drive to Gregory and Jennifer Norton, of Orlando, for $369,900. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,498 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $132,500.

Darcie Zeliesko, of Pittsburgh, sold 2 Seaside Drive to Bridgette Smith and Sandie Boutte, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,036 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $132,500.

Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Seacrest Drive to Jan Saunders, of Orlando, for $265,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/1 and has 792 square feet. It sold in February for $170,000.

Joan Wilms sold 6 Raymonde Circle to Margarita Perez, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 984 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $63,000.

Roger and Janet Nutt, of Ormond Beach, sold 44 Seaview Drive to Elizabeth Papa, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/1 and has 964 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $56,500.

Repid LLC, of Reisterstown, Maryland, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 78, to Shawn and Jessica Meyer, of Bernville, Pennsylvania, for $124,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,244 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $111,000.
