A two-story home in the Plantation Bay subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of June 2-8, in Ormond Beach. Jerry and Nancy Johnson, or Ormond Beach, sold 40 Tomoka Ridge Way to Alexandra Sophos Francis, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 2007, the house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, an in-ground pool and 3,899 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $812,700.
ORMOND BEACH
Stacy Cunningham, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Colonial Circle to John and Carol Stage, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1972, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,744 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $335,500.
David and Caroline Laubheimer, of Deland, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, 616 to Susan Guerdon, of Monticello, for $215,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two beds, two and a half baths, and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $200,000.
Fred and Linda Carter, of Ormond Beach, sold 807 Lindenwood Circle to Natalie Cheadle, of Palm Coast, for $193,500. Built in 1973, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,093 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $121,500.
Kevin and Pamela Mannix, or Ormond Beach, sold 980 Old Mill Run to Michael Neely, of Ormond Beach, for $164,000. Built in 1975, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,153 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $150,000.
Michael Simpson and Gerard Simpson, of Port Orange, Rita Simpson Sheehan, of Swan Lake, N.Y., and Christine Sparcino, Ormond Beach, sold 71 Jamestown Drive to Keith and Janet Stratmoen, of Boyd, Minn., and Bruce and Kimberley Anderson, of Fraz, Minn., for $150,000. Built by the sellers in 1959, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,452 square feet.
Robert Ledbetter, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Soco Trail to Colleen Garrett, of Ormond Beach, for $128,000. Built in 1980, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,439 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $90,000.
Halifax Plantation
Jeffrey and Dawn Uhlein, of Bunnell, sold 1395 Aleut Lane to Everett and Monica Jones, of St. Augustine, for $290,000. Built in 1993, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,211 square feet. The lot sold in 1992 for $35,000.
Dermott Curran and Wedad Hanna, of Ormond Beach, sold 1310 Elli Circle to Ronald Olson, on behalf of the Ronald L. Olson Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2006, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,170 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $305,400.

Robert and April Wagner, of Longwood, sold 37 Foxcroft Run to Ngoc-Hung Nguyen and Nhu-y Thi Le, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 2001, the house has four beds, five baths, an in-ground pool and spa, a four-car garage and 3,582 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $596,500.
Russell and Lucy Warren, of Daytona Beach, sold 13 Highwood Ridge Trail to Benjamin and Debra Eby, of Inverness, for $210,000. Built in 1998, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,944 square feet. The lot sold in 1997 for $39,040.
Ormond Lakes
James and Susan Pearson, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Sherrington Drive to Richard and Susan Hildebrand, of Ormond Beach, for $212,500. Built in 1998, the house has four beds, two baths and 2,065 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $175,000.
The Trails
Jerry and Jo Miller, of Ormond Beach, sold 122 Horseshoe Trail to John Carlstedt, of Ormond Beach, for $154,000. Built in 1983, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 1,795 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $123,500.
Terrence Geiger, of St. Augustine, sold 114 Timerline Trail to Justin and Shellah Bailey, of Ormond Beach, for $116,800. Built in 1977, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $120,000.
ORMOND BY THE SEA
Mark and Diana Huling, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Longfellow Circle to Stephen Lay, of Ormond Beach, for $191,000. Built in 1970, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,553 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $140,000.
Adam Smith, on behalf of the Pierside Drive Residential Land Trust, of Maitland, sold 121 Pierside Drive to Thomas and Shirley Berry, of Athens, Ga., for $165,000. Built in 1986, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,360 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $90,000.
