REAL ESTATE: Lemerand home in Plantation Bay sells for $1.6 million

L. Gale Lemerand, of Daytona Beach, sold 1004 Hampstead Lane in Plantation Bay to Morteza Hosseini-Kargar and Forough Hosseini, of Daytona Beach, for $1,650,000. Built in 2001, the house has six bedrooms, seven baths, four fireplaces, a heated swimming pool, cabana, gazebo, elevators, fountain, putting green, home theater, billiard room and 14,114 square feet. There were no previous qualified sales.

ORMOND BEACH

Louie and Michele Winchester, of St. Augustine, sold 200 Windward Lane to Lexa Grierson and Kimberly Farrell, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,964 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $245,000.

Blue Collar Construction LLC, a Florida company, sold 903 Stanford Ave. to David Atlas, of Ormond Beach, for $187,001. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,652 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $97,500.

Deborah Johnston Moen and Scott Yadro, of Port Orange, sold 188 River Beach Drive to Jeffrey Smarse, of Mount Clemens, Mich., for $162,500. Built in 1963, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,971 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $100,000.

Suzanne Ostiguy, of Quebec, Canada, sold 120 Northbrook Lane to Cindy Jo Bohannon and Doris Ferguson, of Ormond Beach, for $109,500. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $78,000.

Breakaway Trails

Frances Paterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Spanish Pine Way to Ida Angelma, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,428 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $414,900.

Chelsea Place

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 309 Chesham St. to Julio and Marianita Calles, of Ormond Beach, for $308,273. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,766 square feet. It sold in 2009 as part of a multiparcel sale.

Halifax Plantation

Joan Zimmerman, of West Palm, sold 1421 Carlow Circle to Edward and Lucille Matthews, of Winter Haven, for $165,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $307,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Stephanie Hardisty, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Pergola Place to IH3 Property Florida LP, of Tampa, for $152,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $125,000.

Spring Meadows

Richard and Norma Peterson, of Keller, Texas, sold 50 Spring Meadows Drive to Diane Goldsmith, of Ormond Beach, for $184,900. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,299 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $143,900.

ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA

Martine Criswell, of Ormond Beach, sold 2131 John Anderson Drive to Susan and William Horwath, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,134 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $275,000.
