An Ormond Lakes home topped the sales list for Ormond Beach residential real estate transactions in the city the week of Aug. 26 to Sept. 3. Dale and Gloria Stewart, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Cypress Hollow Lane to Jack Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a pool, 12-foot ceilings throughout most of the home and 3,034 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2003 for $95,000.

Darryl and Meredith Leonard, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Coquina Ridge to William and Eugenia Rehrmann, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000.
