A home near the ocean topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of April 28 to May 4. Mark and Mary Carrow, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Spanish Waters Drive to Arthur Chorbak Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $399,900. Built in 1992, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace, a balcony patio and 2,790 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $385,000.

Oslo Properties Inc., of Little Pine, S.D., sold 29 Oak Ave. to William Massotta and Donna Bly, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1976, the house has four beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,998 square feet.
Michael and Margaret Seca, of Ormond Beach, sold 851 W. River Oak Drive to Tammy Pera, of Ormond Beach, for $158,000. Built in 1977, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,773 square feet. The lot sold in 1977 for $52,200.
Doris McCormick, of Holly Hill, sold 16 Lakewood Park to Nancy Knapp and Equity Trust Company, of Flagler beach, for $64,000. Built in 1982, the house has two beds, three baths and 1,280 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $55,500.
SHG LLC, of Florida, sold 4 Timberline Trail, D to Clondalkin LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $64,900. Built in 1977, the house has two beds, one bath, a fireplace and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $28,100.
Carolyn Swan, of Winchester, Ky., sold 1308 Par Ave. to Roger Doukas and Pamela Hunt, of Ormond Beach, for $57,000. Built in 1973, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $45,000.

KB Home Gold Coast LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 91 Abacus Ave. to Sridhara and Sujathamma Pullareddy, of Ormond Beach, for $245,104. Built in 2012 by the seller, the house has four beds, two baths and 2,706 square feet.

Melonie Donnally, on behalf of the Melonie Dawn Donnally Living Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 611 Main Trail to John and Regina Cicalese, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1992, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,658 square feet. The lot sold in 1991 for $57,000.
